Enjoy a 6-seater golf cart, 3 bikes, 2 pack ’n plays, high chair, kids' dinnerware, board games, beach toys, towels, chairs, and more. Furry friends welcome with dog bed and bowls! Play Cornhole or Connect Four, then relax in spacious bedrooms (2 Kings!). Perfect for families, multi-gen trips, and memory-making at the beach!

Please remember, the home is limited to a max of 2 dogs. There is a $200/ non refundable pet fee per dog. All dogs must be 12+ months of age, crate trained, housebroken and well mannered. Please keep pets leashed when outside.

Please note, we are in the eastern time zone. There is parking for 2-4 vehicles, dependent on size. Overflow parking may be available. Street parking is not allowed. A rental agreement will be sent before check in for the golf cart release.

Please do not flush anything down the toilet outside of toilet paper.
No glitter
No fish cleaning on premises.
No boat/trailer parking.
Renter must be 25+ years of age.

Accommodation and the host were great. It was nice that there was a backup Wi-Fi, when the small issue arose, but it was handled quickly and professionally with our host. Great stay

This property was perfect from the location, amenities, cleanliness, access, size of the home, all the extras like the golf cart and all the beach accessories, we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend. The home is beautiful, clean and has everything you could need. We had three children under three with us and the pack n plays and high chair were a huge plus. The golf cart came in handy for trips to beach and pool. Will definitely be staying here again.

This place was amazing. The host has thought of everything from sand toys to beach chairs, and anything in between. My family and I said that we would defiantly stay here again.

I’ve never enjoyed traveling with kids so much! This place had everything my toddler and baby needed. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, there’s plenty of towels and blankets. I enjoyed riding the golf cart to watch the sunset. The community pool was super convenient with clean bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very cozy and made is feel at home. The welcome card and goodie basket was perfect. I would suggest to add a ceiling fan on the back porch.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house rental! The home truly provided everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable trip. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare family meals after long, fun-filled days at the beach.One of our favorite parts was having access to the bikes and golf cart. It made the scenic rides to the beach so enjoyable and convenient, adding even more fun to the experience. The property also included pool access, but honestly, the ocean water was so beautiful and inviting that we never even felt the need to visit the pool!The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with a thoughtful note along with snacks and pancake mix and syrup waiting for us upon arrival, which was such a kind and personal touch.The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We created wonderful family memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Lovely property! The golf cart and basket of beach towels were big winners...the kitchen (and grill outside) were well enjoyed. Comfortable beds/mattresses too. We loved everything. The development itself is nice, quiet, and expansive (golf cart helped with that). There weren't too many dining or shopping options without going to town, but that was okay for us as we loved hanging out at the property itself and Port St Joe was only 7-8mins away. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay and found the home clean and comfortable overall. The host was very communicative and responsive, which we appreciated. Having the golf cart was a great perk and made getting around the community fun and easy. We only visited one pool, but it was very nice and refreshing!One thing to be aware of with larger groups and diff bedtimes is that sound carries quite a bit throughout the home due to the mostly hard flooring and limited rugs. We could hear those staying up later even with sound machines.WindMark is a quiet, laid-back community, perfect for those wanting a peaceful beach vacation. Our group with older “kids” preferred venturing into Port St. Joe for more shops and restaurants. Our last day was a rainout, and there aren’t many nearby rainy-day activities without driving toward PCB.- not a host fault. Starter supplies were limited, as noted in the listing. For a larger group, we did need to purchase additional toilet paper and a few basics during our stay, so I’d recommend bringing extras to avoid an unexpected supply run.Overall, a nice home and a great fit for those seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Our stay was even better than expected! The host was kind, quick to communicate, and offered great information when requested. And the house was lovely! The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to share and prepare meals as a large family. The golf cart was a wonderful addition to our stay, and made the beach easily accessible. The home was pet friendly, including a large Serta dog bed for our pup, doggy bags to clean up messes, and food and water bowls. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We have been using vacation rental services for years, both in and outside of the US. This is hands-down one of our favorites we've stayed in. Thank you for a great experience for our family!
