Overall, the property was great & we'll likely book the home in the future. There are a lot of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but it would have been tough for my parents to navigate. The beach access is great, and the pool was really nice to have.

The house was clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. We would stay here again if we come back to Flagler Beach.

Everything was fantastic! Only things to know... the garage stinks! The washer also stinks and there are stairs to the beach so it makes wagons difficult. Would 10 times over stay here again!

This property is absolutely amazing. It feels like a private island getaway with the lush greenery surrounding home, private pool, and quick walk to a never crowded coquina sand beach. We loved our stay so much. We hosted our big kids and everyone had plenty of room and privacy of their own. We kayaked along the river behind the home (super easy access). The host is very attentive! Communication was thorough & quick. The home was very clean upon arrival, the pool was cleaned while we were there, a rep stopped by to make sure our trash got taken to the road, etc - we felt very looked after! Flagler Beach is a lovely little beach town if you like a slower pace. Friendly shop owners and very light traffic. There is even a little Flagler museum and gift shop. Palm Coast rental is close by for boat renting and fishing supplies. The Waffle Cone was our favorite treat. The pier is being rebuilt right now and will definitely come back to see it completed! We did not get to try Wham Burger but it sure smelled good! Rent this home if you are looking for space to stretch out and lots of water play options!

Was perfect. No issues. Great location. Very close to beach and had a deck for fishing in the back. Pool was a bonus abd great for the kids in the evening.

I highly recommend this property! Our family stayed with 4 teenagers and a small dog (yikes, I know). This house was perfect to accommodate everyone! The boardwalk to the private boat/fishing dock made us feel like we were on our own little island. The walk to the beach is very short and easy and we had the whole beach to ourselves. The property management company was great with communication and stayed in contact throughout our trip. The locals were very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely quiet beach stay

Clean and well kept, has everything you could need for a nice, comfortable, relaxing weekend near the beach. The fire pit is a great addition. The kitchen is spacious enough for a seasoned Chef (our group had one among us). The host is very responsive and helpful.

Great location!! Just a two minute walk to a private beach. Quiet beach town with everything you would need for a relaxing getaway. The house was clean with plenty of room for a group of eight. Great views from the front and back balconies and the kids really enjoyed the pool, after beach days. Only issue was the third floor shower was draining slow, which was addressed quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean property, especially given that it was pet-friendly; no lingering pet smells or pet hair anywhere (we are pet owners as well so we often rent pet-friendly homes). Nice large, fenced in backyard for the pets if you do bring them. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need to cook, they even have some spices in the cupboard. Great location! The private beach access is just across the street. There is a beach buggy with beach stuff in the garage so you can easily pack up and bring everything to the beach without much trouble. Plenty of beach towels are in a closet. Several local places to eat right down the road. Communication with the host was excellent. Ben sent us messages about everything, but particularly helpful was of course check-in / check-out procedures (easy process) and maintenance schedules (pool, landscapers, trash/recycles). We had a very nice long weekend here!

We had the absolute BEST time in this home. We cannot say enough good things about this property but will point out a few things that made our stay memorable! The house was well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed - linens, towels, beach towels, pool toys, beach toys, kitchen equipment, wine bar and toiletries. The home was impeccably clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Check in/check out was easy and clear instructions were given to us. Our host was gracious and responded to all inquires within MINUTES. Our host gave us local recommendations for food and coffee - all of which were delicious. The pool was clean and well maintained and our 3 kids played in it nonstop. We rented the pool heater for a small fee and it was warm and comfortable to swim in at all hours! The beach was private, beautiful and only a 2-3 minute walk from the house! This home made vacationing with our 3 young children an absolute breeze and we plan to come back every year!

We had a great time. The home was clean and inviting. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and hanging out by the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The host is great and stays in communication with you throughout your stay to make sure you are enjoying your visit. Great location with plenty of things to do.
