Unwind in Boulder Canyon at this beautiful property at the base of the mountains. Explore almost 200 acres of private land with trails and trees up on the mountain top. No neighbors anywhere to be seen!

3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed. This exceptional property offers plenty of space for guests to relax. So far the guests tell me its even nicer than they imagined.

Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine and dryer and high speed WiFi. The 3 bathrooms provide added comfort during your stay. Our driveway is just off Hwy 14A and winds above the river through the trees. Just off paved highway 14A and only a few hundred feet to the house on our private driveway.

We have a road up the mountain side that connects with our trails and let's you explore all through the Black Hills. Choose a UTV, ATV, Motorcycle, or 4x4 Jeep etc. In winter ride your snowmobile right up the mountain road from the house.

Plenty of parking for a trailer as well. Two stall heated garage for your toys.

Two patio areas for entertaining and grilling in backyard. Real wood fireplace in the living room. 65 inch big screen smart TV. Wifi

Host was very responsive to a few issues that arose - good resolution. Lots of room in the house - good for a larger family to enjoy. Tucked into the woods. Beautiful area.

Perfect location, house and property for our trip. Our family and dogs loved the space both inside and outside!! The large garage was also very nice!!

This was THE BEST place to stay, so close to Sturgis yet tucked into the hills and very private. The house was huge, comfortable and welcoming, such a great place to stay. The outdoors, outbuildings, scenery and everything about this place was fantastic. I can't say enough. Plus, we were able to bring our dogs, we also really appreciated the fencing in the yard. The property buts up against the National Forest. Great trails start on the property, great for hiking and also for motorbikes to get to other trails. We have stayed in the area before but this home was so much better all around. So much more character in this house than any other place. Last but not least, Tommy our host was so helpful and just wonderful with everything. We would have stayed longer but we needed to get home to our cat. Thanks again!!

Snowmobile trip with family n friends to remember

The house was top notch and communication with Tommy was above and beyond what other places have stayed by far. It was like having a home but not being at home. We had access right from the driveway to some great riding that was incredible and not pounded down. All honesty it was like a little piece of heaven to a sled rider. Tommy thank you for a great place and good rime that all will reme.ber

Andy and guests were excellent! They took great care of the house and would welcome them back anytime! Guessing they spent a lot of their time in the powder up on the mountains!

Excellent location. Great host, wonderful communication. Coffee pot not clean. No side tables upstairs if having a lamp or table is important. Very hot water. Hwy 14A just across the stream from the house. Traffic is right there. It was a good stay for the two nights we were there. The mutts enjoyed the property.
