Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entirety of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space, living/dining room, Kitchen, and back porch with outdoor seating. Note this home is a duplex and the entire right side is occupied by other residents while the entire left side is the space being offered.

Congo Square in Louis Armstrong Park, just a short distance away, offers live music and outdoor events. Getting Around:

Conveniently located, this apartment offers easy access to New Orleans' attractions. The French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Frenchmen Street are all just a short 7-8 minute drive away. City Park is a quick 10-minute trip, while the Riverwalk Outlet is 13 minutes away. The airport is approximately 25 minutes from the property. Public transportation is readily available: simply walk to McShane Street and St. Bernard to catch the #55 or #8 bus, which runs every 12 minutes and takes you directly downtown. For those preferring ride-sharing services, Uber and Lyft are easily accessible, with a drive to downtown taking around 5 minutes. Free street parking is available, but please be mindful of all local parking regulations.

Please note that this is a duplex, and the right side is occupied by other residents. The left side is the space offered for your stay. Street parking is available, but not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for adhering to all city and state parking regulations.

Check in was easy. We did have to use the key the first time to get in but after that the keypad worked well. We didn’t do much cooking but it seemed to have necessary pots & utensils. There was not a keurig as described but there was a coffee maker, filters & coffee. We appreciated having 3 bedrooms - a rarity in our price range. Having the grocery across the street was extremely convenient. Wallace always responded quickly & even messaged just to see how we were doing. A great host!

This was a spacious and well-kept home located near popular sites. Communication with the host (Wallace) was excellent! This was such a pleasant experience.

Very Cute and Cozy for Small Groups

The inside of the home was very cute and the perfect size for me and my friends. From the time we reserved this home the owner was very quick to answer any questions that I had and helpful throughout the entire process as it was my first time using Vrbo. The home was within walking distance to a corner store and Cajun Seafood, which was really good. While we enjoyed our stay at the home, we only had two issues with the setup. One being that you had to go through the main/last bedroom in the home to access the washer/dryer/patio. Also, the party that reserved the other side of the duplex was not very considerate. They parked directly in front of our door, instead of theirs. They played their music pretty loud at times, which we could hear through the walls, and they took over the patio. Therefore, we did not get a chance to sit out on the patio at all during our stay. However, overall, our stay was very good.

Amazing

The home was amazing and very beautiful. It was located very close to everything we had planned. There is also a grocery store pretty much next door. The owner was very effective with communication we will definitely be booking again

Lovely indoor space

We were not able to enjoy the patio due to construction. I think we would have enjoyed that space as well. Right near the highway so it was easy for us to get to the event we were working.
