Enjoy the view of the Intercoastal waterway while at your dining room table. You will see a parade of leisure craft, dolphins and manatee. Fish at the sea wall. Cross the street by our Deeded Beach Access to the warm waters of the Gulf Of Mexico with breathtaking sunsets at our beautiful, soft sandy Indian Shores Beach. Quiet, studio condo on the second floor. Fully furnished with queen Murphy bed, full pull out sofa, full kitchen, DVD player,and cable. Kitchen has all utensils, appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes. All linens are provided. Bring your boat, dock outside your back door, launch for free at Park 3 blocks away. Bathroom newly renovated. New improved Wifi available in condo and a plethora of TV channels. (Sports fans - you are about 30 minutes away from an NHL arena, and also Major League Baseball field, 1.5 hrs approx from Disney, Orlando).

I am thinking the check-in problem was when VRBO did not register that you had paid. That's never happened to me before and hopefully not again. It was stressful for you for sure. Visit again.

I picked this condo because of its proximity to the beach and the possibility of seeing dolphins and manatees in the bay. I got to see both and the walk to the beach was super quick!!! The condo was cute and had everything I needed!

Another wonderful stay, This was our second booking with christine at this location so we were so excited to come back! We love the location and the condo is quiet and has everything we need. Christine is wonderful. We saw dolphins walking into our room within the first 3 minutes cant beat that! We love it here and look forward to the next vacation.

Great getaway

Perfect place to stay for a get away. The owner was great at communicating quickly and answering questions. I would definitely stay again.

This cozy apartment is a bargain. Close to beach, gorgeous pool, view of intercoastal. I recommend it highly!

Quiet, relaxing location

A quiet location and so peaceful beside the water way. We saw dolphins in the water which was an added bonus. Pool is huge and clean. Short walk to the beach. Just the right size for 2 people.

Great location between the ocean and a canal. In a quiet section close to St Pete and Clearwater. It’s a little dated but very clean and the Host was very responsive. We would stay again.

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying at this unit in Indian Shores! The beautiful and huge pool, the access to the ocean across the street but most of all the quiet serenity of the intra coastal waterway right outside the back!! I could sit there watching the birds, boats and the occasional dolphin for hours!!Christine is a wonderful host!

This is an older, smaller property that is perfect for a couple who spend most of their time at the beach, shopping, eating or seeing the sites. It was clean, neat, and quiet. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. The corner upstairs location gives a nice view of the Intercoastal where we saw a manatee and dolphins. It does, however, become a real breezeway when storms whip up. We have stayed in similar near-the-beach places over the years and this one was better-equipped than most. Many amenities, and everything was in its place. The cable TV is equipped for streaming, the full-size fridge was a plus, and the kitchen and bath had everything needed. Communication was good from the beginning. The owner was helpful and responded to concerns. Negatives include low pressure in the water system, which made it difficult for my wife to rinse her hair. Also, the window unit-style AC keeps the place as cool as you want it to be, but is is loud. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Priced right. We hope to stay there again.

Hi Mark, when we replaced that AC not too long ago we asked about the new style where the main unit was outside but was told we could not install one . We plan to reinvestigate that possiblity. Otherwise glad you enjoyed your stay and hopefully if you revisit the AC will be quieter.

Book it!

The property was just perfect for me and my small dog. The neighbors are kind. The beach is not crowded and the sand is incredibly soft. Great pool on the property to!

Communicating with the hst was easy. We loved the unit. The big window looking over the intercoastal is a definate plus. Seeing all the dolphins and manatee made it magical. Will defiantly try to stay in this unit again.

Nice place

This rental met all of our needs. It is exactly as described. The only downfall was it has a beautiful pool but it was too cold to use but that couldn't be prevented. We enjoyed ourselves and thanks for letting us stay.

The size is listed in the description. All of the units are treated for insects on a regular basis. First time we had this comment ever which was disputed by the cleaning service and condo manager. Probably you found it too small and left it the first day for a larger unit.

Week Long Getaway

My daughter and I visited for the week. We had a great time. We were mostly out and about so it was perfect for our needs. Christine was also very quick to respond to my questions.

Worst experience ever. I was in a storage closet with 7 chairs and no heater. I have asked them to refund me after staying there for less than 8 hours.

This was the most unusual visit I have ever had. It started with the guest texting me more than once, which I answered, after midnight and into the very early morning after the day she was booked to arrive. I informed her that the metal chairs were to be put outside on the balcony and don't stay inside. She complained she was cold and I told her about the 2 oil based heaters that were in the closet. I told her all details were in the welcome letter which I sent to her email and access instructions on the website. She said the heaters didn't work which was not correct and the cleaners vouched for that. Plus other guests and myself were there earlier and were warm enough in much colder weather. The website has information about the size of the unit. No surprises there.
