This newly renovated basement attached to the house with private entrance features 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed,enjoy the fabulous amenities like a hair dryer, AC, and WiFi. With 2 bathrooms including a bidet and shower, you'll feel pampered during your stay. Plus, there's an additional office space with a desk and desk chair. The backyard is entirely to the guests. The accommodations were great. We did not spend much time there. I would suggest adding hand rails for the steps. I want to offer deepest condolences to ms.delgado for her loss.

Great place to stay in Denver - plenty of space in each room, nice TV, good beds, well-stocked kitchen, excellent bathrooms, and enough room overall to spread out which is important for my family - we need that space when on vacation in order to not drive each other crazy!

We loved the location. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, bathrooms were great, spacious and very clean. Host was so attentive and kind. Not a single issue with our stay, 9 ft ceilings made the basement feel large and roomy.

Place was beautiful and super clean. every thing we needed was there, even coffee and cream. The" host was super, Their attitude was " ask us for anything!. --even carried our luggage down and back up to our car and loaded in the car for us, wonderful neighborhood , not far from downtown Denver and close to airport

Beautiful, clean property. Very comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of dishes and cookware. While there is no oven, there is an airfryer that serves just as well.We had welcome cookies!!!! So awesome.Owners are very respectful and prompt answering any questions you may have.I would definately stay here again.

Perfection! Everything was just as stated. The bed were very comfortable. communication with host was easy and timely. Check in checkout was fast and easy. Unlike many rentals there was no clean up list before departure. Just leave the keys inside and close the doors. Can't get any better than that!! Definitely reccommend

We used the rental as an overnight stay before our flight the next day. The whole place was clean comfortable and had all the kitchen accessories one would need for an overnight stay. There are plenty of places to eat nearby the rental as well

We stayed here while attending a tournament at the Sports Park. The location was great, and the place was clean and well-appointed. The host was also helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The owner of this property is great with communication and gives very clear instructions on how to access rental. The rental is extremely clean, private and quiet. Parking is no problem and the property is close to the airport. I highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here again.
