Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, new construction home. Direct beach access only a short 7 minute walk to the beach - even closer to Community Center, park, restaurants, and grocery store. Master suite on main living area, queen bedroom and full-over-full bunk bed with trundle bedroom upstairs near open loft. 2 full baths, half bath on main level and ground level near outdoor shower. Perfect for your family vacation and making lasting memories!

Welcome to Seagull`s Song cottage! This new construction 1800+ sq. ft. 3 bedroom home is in the heart of Oak Island and a short walk to the beach and the Middleton Park Complex where you can enjoy the splash pad, pickleball, tennis, playground, outdoor concerts at the amphitheater and much more!

Dining-in made easy with the well-equipped open kitchen and electric pellet Pit Boss smoker and grill. You can enjoy seating options indoors and outdoors.

Open living area on the main floor with easy access to laundry room from both MBR and kitchen.

Upstairs loft provides separate entertainment location equipped with TV, and card table for board games, puzzles, or if you must check in with the boss - laptop use.

3 spacious bedrooms with closet access sleeps 9.

Convenient half bath and outdoor shower on ground level. Storage room houses bicycles, beach chairs, corn hole boards, beach cart, beach cabana, cooler, and beach toys for the kids.

Fenced backyard provides privacy and safe area for kids to play.

Quiet street, best location on island for access to everything.

Seagulls song was a spacious and clean rental. Everything was very thoughtfully organized for the stay at the beach. The beach amenities they have to help are awesome and the rental is very nicely placed just down the street from the beach. It's a quiet neighborhood area and it felt like home the entire time. The bathrooms were roomy and very nice. We would be more than happy to come back here and rent this place again. Close to great restaurants and just off the beaten path enough to help our 4 kids sleep. The communication with the owners was excellent and they even reached out and told us we had left a wallet behind.

One of the best stays on Oak Island!We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house on Oak Island. The location is hard to beat—it's within walking distance of some of the best spots on the island, and close to essentials like groceries too. The house itself was kept immaculately and is set up perfectly for beach living. The spacious screened-in front porch was a favorite spot for relaxing, and there's plenty of room underneath the house as well. We loved that there's a private bathroom and shower downstairs, accessible from outside—ideal for rinsing off after the beach.The TVs were modern and excellent, and the host goes above and beyond with the extras. Beach towels, bicycles for the whole family, beach toys, body boards, and more were all provided, which made packing so much easier. The beach itself is a short walk down from the house, and even in the middle of July we never had trouble finding a spot to set up.This is one of the best stays on the island, and we'll absolutely be looking to book this property again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home……. Fantastic location. My family stayed here 11 nights. WE WILL BE BACK. Great communication from the owners from beginning to end. Spotless when we walked in on Day 1. Outstanding vacation because of this house…

We LOVE the floorplan and exceptional features of this home and the location is perfect! It is on a quiet street with quick and easy access to the beach, park, shopping, restaurants and all the wonderful amenities Oak Island has to offer.
