Spacious clean condo, large pool, plus many extras. Perfect for families.

Come enjoy Shore to Please and all of its amenities. It is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. The condo complex has a large pool, hot tub, elevator, only 28 units and is centrally located. Pool and hot tub is scheduled to be open from May 1 to October 15. In minutes you can walk to the beach, DQ, Redbox, Food Lion or various restaurants / bars. When inside the condo, you can get into vacation mode by having access to smart TVs or taking advantage of the many games, movies or other items provided. The fresh condo is light and airy with high ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked for large groups and cooking. When not enjoying multiple smart TVs or relaxing inside, the secured storage shed under the unit will provide you the items you need outside. Multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, skim board, bocce ball set, kids shovels / buckets,, pickleball equipment and kayak are available for use. The unit provides parking under the condo and is conveniently located near the elevator. The large covered deck overlooks the pool and does not have ocean view. If you want to venture out, tennis courts, pickleball courts, miniature golf, a skate board park and public park are less than a mile away. The public Oak Island Golf Club is 3 miles away. There is no thru-street on our side of the complex, so it is safe and quiet and there is a path directly to the beach. Condo has keyless access. Our goal is to keep the condo looking and feeling new so NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed. We have owned and rented the unit with agencies for over 10 years and decided to try VRBO in 2020. Linens included. Condo complex is Palms at Long Bay.

We have stayed at many rentals over the past few years and this property is by far the cleanest place we've ever witnessed. The grounds, parking and proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc is great. We will absolutely stay here again and hope this specific property will be available when we plan to return.

This is a great place to stay. Paul is an excellent host, who makes sure everything is taken care of. The condo is clean, organized, and filled with everything you need.

We had an incredible week here and would highly recommend! Paul was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The condo itself was beautiful - clean, spacious, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for our beach week. It’s also very close to the beach and the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants was great. We hope to come back again!

Great place to stay. Close to beach and convenient to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc. Just take your time and be careful pulling in to parking area. It's functional but a little snug.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paul's beautiful condo. All the rooms were very spacious and the beds were so comfortable! Paul is a gracious host and left so many ideas for restaurants and other places in his Information book. Loved the fully stocked kitchen and all the family games. Our family of five would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future.

Between great communication with the owner of the property and the beach/essentials being within short walking distance, this was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had.

Everything is wonderful about this property- ease of check-in, proximity to the beach, and all the extras in the condo. This is our third time staying here, and we plan to come back for as long as we can!

Perfect for families, we are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Location was excellent for the beach, coffee (Big Pups), and ice cream (Dairy Queen), all within walking distance.The condo was very clean with just the right amount of beach theming. Beds were very comfortable with excellent water pressure for showers. The balcony was very large and relaxing, overlooking the pool. There was plenty of parking for two and possibly three smaller cars. Paul was very responsive and a great host! Our family had a great time and we can’t wait to come back to this condo for another beach vacation!

Fantastic Property

Property was in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner and ice cream each evening. Nice easy walk to beach. Very clean, inviting unit to stay in.

We purchased this condo over six years ago and have enjoyed making so many great memories with our family. We strive to continue to improve the condo and make the condo a desirable place for our family to visit and guests will enjoy. After some frustrations with two rental agencies, we decided to take more control of the rental process and try VRBO in 2020. We have local residents cleaning the unit and washing the upgraded linens we provide.
