The place was perfect for my husband and I and our two 18 year olds to spend a long weekend. The pool was very convenient and we could see it from the balcony. Everything was clean and the condo is in a great location. It was easy to walk to the pier and beach.

Great place

Wonderful property. Short walk to beach. Unit was very clean, good amenities abd fit ny family great. If you have small kids and need a break from the beach the condos have a piol with covered seating area. Overall this was a wonderful trip.
Nice beach. Short walk away.
Fishing pier with great views.
Beautiful sea life at the pier.

It was absolutely amazing! Perfect location! Rating: (5/5)My stay at this condo was exceptional. The location is perfect—close to everything while offering incredible, unobstructed views. The space was spotless upon arrival and stocked with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return for another visit.

Absolutely perfect!!

We didn’t know what exactly to expect staying at this property because there’s not a lot of information online about it aside from some cute pictures and the location and man were we blown away! The property was absolutely perfect being right across the street from the public beach access between Beachview where we were former owners and Spring Hill Suites and also directly across from the pool! We could sit on the balcony and watch family in the pool each night which was amazing! It also has an actual Ocean view! The property is a half mile from the pier with three restaurants within walking distance if that’s your jam and the back side of the sound gives way to a walking trail with a beautiful backdrop if you’re needing some breathtaking sunset photos! The condo itself slept our party of 8 perfectly, was very clean, very comfortable and extremely well stocked.. minus a few extra needed bath towels and a few too many throw pillows LOL It comes with everything you need for preparing meals, which we did every day. It had large pots and pans, plenty of dishes and utensils and It even had a Keurig coffee maker! All appliances worked well, including the much appreciated ice maker, but the washer took a bit of a learning curve to operate. The only major drawback would be the third floor stairs which by the end of the week had everyone in our party pretty beat and there’s no tv in the master bedroom but everything else was amazing!! We would definitely stay here again!

All was clean, comfortable and good location. Charming beach/sea decor.Nice to have views of sunsets, and view of pool. Enjoyed morning swims because we could see when pool was not crowded. Only two suggestions: 1. The oven door opens only a few inches because of the fridge. Nice big fridge with ice and water dispenser was great...but we had to move fridge to fully open oven. 2. Would've been helpful to know there are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. We are healthy and able to handle the stairs but future guests who have trouble with stairs need to be informed of that. Overall we had a great week and hope to come again.

The condo was nice. My only issue was that there was no tv in the master bedroom, no iron in the unit and the ironing board was a tiny countertop piece. I know most people don’t iron while on vacation but I do. Overall, our stay was wonderful. I was totally not prepared for the steep stairs either.
