Just stayed a week at this condo. The condo is a little dated but very clean. Very nice place. You can’t beat the views! Kitchen has everything you need, dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Beds comfortable. Quick walk to beach and pool. Cold AC. Would definitely stay here again .

The location is great. The condo was clean. But it is a little dated. The coffee pot needs to be replaced. There needs to be more sitting in the living room for at least six people to be in the living room to watch tv or spend time together. There are not enough forks. The condo just needs updating and more attention paid to details.

This property has a beautiful beach view and is within good distance to come back and forth from the beach throughout the day without having a far walk. It was very clean and we had a great stay with no issues at all! If you do choose this property, note that you will need to provide your own toiletries, hair dryer, spices, etc. This is something the host communicated with us, but just a heads up prior to booking! The kitchen is stocked with most, if not all, things needed for cooking and this was something I was very pleased with. The pictures are just as the property is in real life and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Orange Beach.

Bed was very good, we slept great all week. Furniture was comfortable over all. Great patio to sit and listen to the waves. It would have been nice to know the washing machine was broken before we came. We had to get a Plummer as the toilet in the guest bath was not put in correctly and it rocked back and forth. The agency responded quickly to getting it fixed. Overall nice stay. Agency was easy to work with. Washer was not fixed when we left , but they were looking into getting a new one soon. Kitchen was stocked well. Very clean

Orange Beach Family Vacation

We loved this property. It was the perfect short walk away from the beach which made it so easy to go back and forth. The balcony had a beautiful view overlooking the pool and beach. Great part of town. I would definitely recommend staying here and did run in to some other people who plan to stay there soon because they had heard good things.

Suggestions

Condo was good. Would stay again. But you need to fix your icemaker. We had to purchase ice. Another place setting of silverware would be helpful so as to have to wash everyday. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
