Fourwinds #201 is an east corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft boasting all new wood-like porcelain tile and freshly painted throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have exotic gray/white tone hand-picked granite and beautiful backsplashes. The condo has a modern, clean-line décor with all new flat screen TVs professionally mounted. The master en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom is accessible via the 2nd bedroom and hallway. Hallway bunks, suitable for children and sofa sleeper in living room makes the unit sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. ****No Monthly Rentals

Fourwinds, a smoke free property, is a 9 story building with 4 units per floor located in Orange Beach approximately 5 miles east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and BBQ grills. 2 car limit. 25 year age limit to rent.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Love the location ,easy access to beach . The only problem we had was the master bedroom was really hot . Air seemed to not work well back there . But was happy for the fan . We willDefinitely be back .

ProsCouch bed was comfortable!! Best couch bed I have ever slept on!Beach view was greatConsCabinets in kitchen brokenNo pans that were acceptable to use. Door to the condo had issues locking. Curtains were see through so no privacy to the couch bed/ bunk beds. Queen bed was not as comfortable as the couch bed.

Location and layout of property was amazing. The property itself was extremely dirty. Visible dust on fans. Old food crumbs on counter. Floors were gross. Washer and dryers were gross. Light bulb is burnt out in master bathroom. Blood on master bedroom sheets. Half of the outlets didn’t work for us. Would not recommend this property unless your main focus was location.

Perfect Stay

Such a great 2nd floor condo located in a smaller building steps to the beach. The condo was in a great location and very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a mini-vacation and the condo was PERFECT for our stay.

Great condo

Very nice and clean condo. We enjoyed that it was a smaller building and not a large mega condo. The restaurant across the street called Wolf Bay was walking distance and had the most amazing food. We will definitely be coming back to the Fourwinds…

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Towels were scarce… a few extra would have been more convenient with our group of 4 people. Floors need a good mopping too. Other than that, we had a great time and kids enjoyed the bunks.
