Welcome to our BEACH DREAMING luxury condo located in the 5th Avenue Beach Club. Immerse yourself in Olde Naples charm. No need for a car, as everything you could want in a luxury vacation rental is steps away; beach, fine dining, art galleries, spas, tennis, golf, boating and so much more. Our newly renovated beach condo is located on the world famous 5th Avenue South nestled among the multi-million dollar mansions on the beach end of 5th Avenue.

Our condo features a large freshly painted "Ocean Reef" master bedroom with a new King size bed, furnishings and bed linens. A dresser holds all of your belongings and a cozy reading chair completes the space. The en suite bathroom has spa-like feel with newly built pebble tile shower. Diptyque luxury bath products complete your "at home" spa experience. Enjoy direct access to the pool terrace from your bedroom.

The second "Palms" bedroom features a King bed, new furnishings and Scout bed linens, a cozy reading chair and direct access to a private landscaped terrace. Perfect for your morning coffee. The guest bathroom is newly renovated with a walk-in shower and Diptyque bath products.

The luxury kitchen open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, cooktop & dishwasher. The dry bar provides a Keurig coffeemaker & microwave; along everything you might need for evening cocktails poolside or on the front terrace.

The open concept family room has an LG 50' smart flat screen TV and plenty of seating of lounging. Direct access to the pool from this living space. Wireless internet is provided.

Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs (4) and beach umbrellas (2) are provided. Each bedroom has a Scout beach bag stocked with two beach towels for use during your stay.

Naples trip

The location is excellent. The condo was clean and we had a wonderful trip. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful and kind. I would come back and will recommend to friends and family.

Amazing vacation in Old Naples

We had such a great time in this beach home So close to the beach. Walkable on 5th avenue and to Old Naples 3rd Street. The condo was perfectly clean and comfortable. The full size washer and dryer were a plus. We cannot wait to come back again.

Our favorite place in naples

Just finished our third stay at Sarah’s place. Hopefully this speaks for itself. Zero complaints. It is clean, thoughtfully stocked, comfortable, and in an incredible location. We will keep coming back.

Condo on 5th ave

Ideal place for beach goers, shirley and i were disappointed about the coffee machine,very slow and time consuming to make a couple of coffees, and the fact that there is only one tv,in family room, the host was great always answered my colling or texting her,otherwise very satisfying in the place.

This property has an amazing location convenient to shopping, food and beach. No car needed! Impeccably clean and modern furnishings. Owner checked in by phone to make sure all was well.

10/10 stay wonderful host

Sarah was a wonderful host. The property was beautiful and great access right down the street from the beach. Unfortunately it rained our whole stay, but Sarah checked in on us to make sure we were okay and able to get around the town without issues. What a wonderful host! We would stay here again!

Great location to all things Naples!

Property was perfect for friends staying a weekend in Naples. Close to shops, restaurants, the beach, etc. Condo had all the necessary amenities to make the stay easy and enjoyable!

Great place, perfect location

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our mini vacation. It’s located within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants, bars & stores on 5th & 3rd. Definitely would stay there again.

Wonderful Apartment in an Excellent Location

Location, location, location... This apartment block is in a wonderful location - 2 blocks from the beach with the most amazing sunsets and 2 blocks from great restaurants and shops - all within walking distance. Wow... The apartment itself is top notch - good size bedrooms and bathrooms. With very comfy beds. The decor is light and white/blue so nice and contemporary and has a fresh feel to it all. The styling was delightful. And there is a car parking space too. We had a fabulous week here and will return. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to others.

“Feels like Home”

From the moment we opened the door, we felt at home. I loved the cozy beach decor of blues and white with accents of silver or gold in each room. Attractive, but simple lighting created a relaxing ambiance. The window treatments allowed sunlight and privacy. The kitchen had all you ask for coffee and light breakfast to complete meal. The two bedrooms were comfortably decorated with bedding for a relaxing nap or full night sleep. With the ocean shore two blocks away to amazing high end shops and restaurants a block away!! Sarah was an amazing host! This was my first VRBO planning experience, my husband, being a very experienced traveler, commented that it definitely receives ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !

Great apartment & location

Very well done renovation! Very comfortable and well stocked with utensils and starter supplies. Upscale appliances. Very close to the beach (less than two blocks) and one block from the restaurants and shops on Fifth Avenue South.

Perfect location

The location for this property was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Accommodations were comfortable, and the two kings beds were great for two couples. Beach chairs were a definite plus! My one complaint was the supply of hot water. It took several minutes to get hot water, and it didn't last long making it challenging for more than 1 person to shower.

Great stay!

This location cannot be beat! We love walking 5th and down to 3rd so this was ideal! Plus, easy to the beach with all the TB setup! The condo is newly remodeled and very clean, plus Sarah is great to work with—we appreciated that!

Quick getaway

The property was absolutely perfect for us. It was conveniently located to everything we enjoy i.e. beach, restaurants, bike trails and tennis. The unit was neat and clean and had all the provisions for a wonderful visit to Naples. A very trivial matter is there was not an ice maker;however, there were ice trays and fun fact, CVS, Publix and Wynns market (which is fantastic) as well as the 7/11 all sell bags of ice for practically nothing. If you are looking for a great place in Naples, here it is.

A stay from hell. Wish we could give Zero stars

First, to be objective, the host is responsive and has tried to make things right, location can't be beat, and the condo is clean and newly renovated. While we felt like some corners have been cut (no towel hooks in the guest bathroom, only one TV, light not working on the patio, master bedroom door scraping on the floor, cheap mattresses, only one blanket per bed) we felt like these were relatively minor issues that we could live with. It was odd that we had to buy our own dishwasher detergent, first time we had to do that in a VRBO. However... On our first day we noticed that there was no hot water and the pool was not heated. We contacted the host immediately, but it took almost 24 hours for a plumber to show up. Turned out that because there was low occupancy in the building, we had to run the water for 5 minutes to get it to warm up. What a waste. Four days into our stay, the pool was still not fixed. On day 4 both toilets plugged and one overflowed, the bathroom smelled of sewer water. The plumber came out within 2 hours. Turned out that the obstruction required the association plumber, so we wouldn't be able to use the toilets until the following day. She then told us that we have to leave for the night. It was 8:15 PM. At this point we decided to move. She only issued a refund for the nights we didn't stay (initially offered to cover the hotel but later withdrew her money). Would've expected a full refund since we never got to use all the amenities.

5 th Ave Condo

What a perfect location...two blocks from the beach...two blocks from 5th Ave and all it's great restaurants, shops and Art Galleries. The Condo was exceptionally well maintained and we will definitely be returning.

Sarah and Frank have been visiting Naples, Florida together since we first started dating back when we lived in Atlanta, GA & Philadelphia, Pa. When we had our son we knew we wanted a beach home for him in Naples so he would grow to love the area as much as we do. In April of 2014 our family was blessed with the opportunity to move to London, England and we enjoyed six wonderful years living and traveling in Europe. We have now moved back to Naples, Florida and are local owner operators of our Olde Naples beach condo. We are available as needed to assist you with a wonderful beach holiday.

Naples is our 'happy' place, and we know it will become your happy place too!

On our frequent visits we love exploring Olde Naples...eating at the many restaurants, browsing the art galleries and boutiques and ending our day watching the sunset from the beach. Our beach home allows us to do all of this without having to get in the car. Truly a perfect match for us. We hope you enjoy our beach home as much as we do.
