Your home away from home in Nisswa with 3 bedrooms in main house plus fully equipped bunkhouse with an additional 4 full sized beds. Comfortably sleeping 14 people!

Spacious kitchen, dining area and living room with a gas fireplace.

The large master suite has a king size bed, private deck, TV, walk-in closet, attached master bathroom with walk-in ceramic shower and soaking tub, two vanity areas and a private toilet area.

The two guest rooms have queen size beds, TV's and closets. The guest rooms share the bathroom in the hallway.

The bunkhouse has four full size bunks, sofa, tv, chairs, a kitchen area and bathroom with walk-in shower.

Perfect elevation with sand beach and campfire area.

2024 25' Premier Sunsation Pontoon available for $1750 for the week.

2024 Seadoo Wake Jet Ski available for $1250 for the week.

Additional $2,000.00 security deposit required for watercraft rentals ($1000 each).

Great location on Gull Lake close to all the fun the Nisswa area has to offer!

We loved our stay here! The set up was perfect for our multiple families, especially with multiple kids. The house and bunkhouse were both clean and comfortable! Our kids loved the sandy beach and playing in the water. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful lake home. Stunning sun sets. Perfect place for large family gatherings with the bunk house included. We have stayed here several years and plan to stay here again next year.

The property was just as listed. It was a great weekend stay. Highly recommend renting the pontoon for a sunset cruise or a trip over to Zorbaz on the lake. Bonfire pit at night on the sandy beach is a must. Such a great stay. Thank you for the summer getaway!

This place had everything we were looking for! Fully stocked kitchen, linens, lake floaties, extra chairs. They really thought of everything! The bunk house even had it's own coffee pot, which was great for those of us who stayed out there. The home was all on one level, no steps, and easy access to the beach, even for our friend who was using her cane! I had 2 appliance questions, and communication back was immediate. We are very hopeful for the opportunity to return again next August!

This was our second stay at this location for our annual family Gull lake vacation. The property is perfect for a large family stay and beautiful. We numbered 11. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 this year was for several minor maintenance issues that I would not have expected to encounter given the amount of money spent. I would still recommend this property and recommend that you definitely rent the pontoon.

Lovely property and home. It was well stocked and we were able to make most of our meals onsite. We enjoyed our families annual trip to Gull Lake. Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed on this beautiful spot for a golf trip. Very close drive to Deacon’s and the pines as well as others. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again. Thank you guys for an excellent experience.

Great Lake experience

We had a great stay. The location was very good and easy to access. The main house had plenty of room and great views of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare most of our meals at the house. The bunkhouse worked well for us although the beds would be a little short for tall adults. The boat and the jet ski were fantastic! We highly recommend adding both as part of your stay. We would recommend this place and consider coming back.

Everything was perfect from the very beginning. The place was very clean, including the bunk house!! We had our entire family up there..20 of us and it worked out perfectly!! The grandkids loved the pontoon, paddleboats, and simply swimming in the lake. They loved their "alone" time away from the adults with the bunkhouse. Had a game of wiffleball every night along with a fire on the beach, perfecting who had the best smores!! Coffee every morning out on the decks listening to the loons!! This was an absolutely great vacation for all of us...would really like to book this again next year around the same time. Everything went so smoothly. Next time we'll need to hit the turtle races on Wednesday for the grandkids!! Highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much for letting us make alot of beautiful memories up there!!
