This was a great property for our family. Easily walkable distance to Front Beach and the Neck. The two livingrooms were great for the kids and adults to do their own thing. Everyone fit comfortably and the kitchen was very usable.

This property was just as described! It was well appointed & communication with host was swift and helpful. I used the house as home base for my daughters wedding, and while we did not take advantage if the proximity to the amazing nearby beaches, it was bright (great for hair and makeup!), had large cute bedrooms, and was modern and spacious. We loved the house!

We came for a wedding in Gloucester and we really loved our stay here! Plenty of room, AC in all the rooms so each guest could be comfortable, games for the kids, and a perfect distance from Front beach for a walk down in the morning or to Bearskin Neck for shopping and lunch. Hit the park on the way home for some playtime if you have kids or to enjoy the park’s beautiful garden pond with a coffee! Rockport was so easy to explore from here and we will be back!

House worked great for traveling with teenagers- they had their own space to hang out. Very clean and well designed/ decorated.

The stay was great rented is so we would be able to go into salem and was able and got proposed to! It was a great trip and the beds were really comfortable

We had a great stay at this beautiful little. Location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and shops. Home was very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Mother’s Day getaway

Property was as listed, decorated in beachy coastal vibe. Kitchen was well equipped, space was ample and location was ideal for getting to downtown Rockport area.

Perfect, relaxing vacation home

Our multi-generational group loved the relaxed vibe of this home. Decor was beachy without being kitsch; tons of games, water equipment and fully-stocked kitchen. Everything worked (dishwasher, washing machine, A/C) and made for a fun and carefree experience.

Pleasant medium sized house somewhat long walking distance to beach and downtown. House has been updated and nice appliances added to kitchen. Downstairs has a fairly large game room for all to gather. I would have no problem recommending this comfortable home for rental.

Well kept, nice amount of space, designed well for kids and adults. Good amount of kitchen supplies. Easy walk into town and beach. There is a busy road along side of house, but sound was not a problem, and it is not easily accessible to little ones. Lovely park and playground are a block away. Host was easy to reach and very responsive.

The space was very clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The host was very good at responding to requests promptly. The walk to the beach was short, but it was hilly and was not doable with young children and a cooler and all the other things you would need to bring to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been good to know that the lower bedroom was in a finished basement and not on the main floor. From the website it seemed like the bedroom on the lower level was on the main floor and the other bedrooms were on the second floor. I asked what the stairs were like because I needed to know about which kind of baby gate I could use. The host sent a video which showed the stairs a little bit and we were able to see that there was a gate already installed which worked great for us traveling with little kids. My only complaint was that when we asked about extra towels they told us they only were going to supply us one towel per person and even though they did not have anyone staying there before us would not let us check in early unless we paid extra, which is fair, but it would have been nice to let us drop our stuff off earlier in the day. Overall I was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again!
