Ocracoke of yesteryear meets modern comfort in this charming, cozy vacation rental. Silver Lake Harbor and the heart of the Village is a short stroll away. Hidden down a driveway behind Sorella's Pizza & Pasta.

Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on a private deck, or nap the afternoon away as you lounge in your quiet hammock! This home offers plenty of options for relaxation. Even the beds are made for your arrival!

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: 1 with Queen, 1 with two Twins. Bath has tub/shower.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless Internet access, and a smart TV. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers front and rear decks, enclosed yard, hot/cold outdoor shower, gas grill, hammock and a double kayak. Life jackets are not provided, if you wish to rent them, please get in touch with Ride The Wind Surf Shop. They will be happy to assist. The driveway is shared with Sorella's Pizza & Pasta.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

We do provide a Starter Kit containing 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of Palmolive dish soap, a trash bag for each can, and small bar of soap for each bathroom. Guests will need to bring additional supplies to last for the stay, or purchase at the Ocracoke Variety Store.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

No Smoking/Vaping. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. The owner prefers a limit of 1 small or medium dog. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Single story home: Living Room with TV/DVD. Eat-in Kitchen. Bedroom with Queen and bedroom with two Twin beds. Bathroom with tub/shower. Laundry room off twin bedroom.

Great stay

We love ocracoke and have been several times. this was a great place to stay. Location and cleanliness were great. We enjoyed the private back deck.

This was a lovely, quaint spot walkable to everything! Perfect for us two and our dog. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was being right off the main road and nestled behind two busy restaurants. It had been very rainy before we visited which meant some standing water under the back deck and that meant mosquitoes - so we didn’t really get to enjoy the awesome deck. And while charming, there are feral cats on the island - so we ended up not using the enclosed, fenced yard for our dog (if you travel with pets). We had a couple sweet cats that hung around the property and liked to hide under the house and lounge on the deck fence. The house was very clean, the kitchen had plenty pots/pans, and the living spaces very comfortable. Would 100% stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Very comfortable. Met all of our needs. We had a very pleasant stay. Oracoke Realty staff were gracious and made our stay worry free.

The cottage is super cute. Enjoyed the outdoor grill! Kitchen well equipped. Toaster did not work but toaster oven did. Comfortable beds. What we did not like was the overgrown yard. Vines and bamboo have taken over! It is too cute a cottage to be hidden behind so much foliage. Outdoor shower was good once I cut the branches away. Needs serious landscaping. Driveway is located behind the pizza restaurant and we did get blocked in twice but not for long. Mosquitos were annoying but the two feral cats were pretty from a distance. Loved the place but it needs outside work.
