The unit was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Literally steps to the beach. Perfect for what we needed. Definitely would stay there again.

You can’t beat the location! Easy access to the beach and the place was quiet and peaceful, even though there were a bunch of groups at other condos you genuinely couldn’t hear them!

Easy access to the beach, easy check in, and being able to listen to the ocean with the windows open was nice.

The view was amazing, too bad there was no balcony. Host was very accommodating and quick to reapond. I will say the condo itself was very dirty. Whoever is cleaning it did not do a good job. There was hair on the floors in the bathrooms and in the showers. A Swiffer type dry mop was definitely needed for floors.

Nancy, I’m so sorry you were disappointed. I have not had any complaints about the cleanliness of the condo. Had you told me your concerns, they would have been addressed immediately. I’m disappointed you didn’t give me the opportunity to make it right.

A long weekend getaway

We had a great stay, everything was great. Had everything we needed, very clean, well organized, great location, excellent view of the gulf. I loved that we were close to restaurants and shops, but yet beach area seemed less crowded. Will definitely stay again. Jamie Forman

Excellent

We were evacuated from Daytona cause of the hurricane while on family vacation from Ky. Host was amazing and let us check in that night and made sure we had everything we needed to finish out our weeks vacation! Will stay here again!

Perfect stay

This condo was convenient to the beach and an array of great restaurant and just far enough away from where a lot of short term spring breakers would stay. So our stay was fun, active during the day and peaceful in the evening. Will recommend it highly. Couldn’t ask for a great host.

Great condo perfect location

Enjoyed our stay. Was alittle disappointed with the beach but that is Mother Nature. Couldn’t put up tents because of beach size. Condo was well stocked and great location.

White sand getaway

The owner of the condo is great. Super responsive and very helpful. The unit is right on the beach and overlooking the gulf. It’s far enough from downtown to be quiet and relaxing. The unit itself had all the amenities we needed to make us feel at home. Looking forward to staying there again.

Lovely home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and so was living room furniture. My husband was doing genealogy on his computer and felt the high chairs at the table were uncomfortable for him. The view from our place was incredible and it was nice to hear the waves. We even saw dolphins out in the bay. I really enjoyed the pool and walking on the beach. Loved how close the elevator was to our unit and having a trash chute nearby. We so enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Also so great to have a washer dryer in the unit

AWESOME

This is by far the best condo I’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at quite a few at different beaches. It is soo close to the beach. Couldn’t be easier to get to and the walkway is super clean. They keep the lobby and elevator super clean. The condo had a cool layout and the indoor balcony was awesome. We sat in front of balcony every time we were in the room. It was clean and we never had any issues. Never had to contact host once. There are places you can walk to but having lazy teenagers they didn’t want to walk that far but I would have. Next time I won’t even look around. This will be my go to. 10 out of 5 stars!! Stay here!! You won’t be disappointed!

Apartment was clean and perfect for our first trip with our babies! It’s right by a bunch of food, gift shops, and other activities! We LOVED the big huge windows in the living room looking out to the ocean plus having access straight to the beach!

Edgewater West

Second year staying at this location, different unit this year than last. Love the smaller size. My only complaint, which is no reflection on property or owner was the inconsiderate people above us. While we were all on vacation not everyone stays up til 3am. We will certainly return next year just will stay on top floor 😊
