Beach vacation

Nice place only a block from the beach, and convenient to the center of town. Property managers were very responsive and even checked during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

World Series stay

We had the best time as a family staying here. While it is a bit far to walk to the beach with a toddler, the pool was a better option for us as a family because it was shaded. The condo was perfect for our 10 and 11 year old boys because they were able to share the upstairs since it has two beds. Overall, 10 times better than staying in a hotel and would definitely recommend!

Warm and sunny

We had a great time in the sun and warmth of Gulf Shores. The condo was great with a good location. We enjoyed our stayand got in alot of biking in and around this Beautiful Beach location. The owners and staff were great, check-in was a breeze. All Good. Thanks Todd!

Comfortable!

We all had a good time. Needs more instructions about access to beach. Lot of steps for older people to get to the apartment. We wish it had access and dock to the Lagoon.

This property was amazing. We had mine and my brothers family here and it had more room than the pictures showed. Everything was in great condition and Todd went out of his way to message us and ask how our stay was going and if he could do anything for us. We had 2 young children so the short walk to the beach was great! I will definitely be staying here for future vacations!

Nice place, great location

Most everything was great. Solid location within walking distance of the public beach access, very comfortable. The only bad things were that a few places needed cleaning badly (shower, kitchen), the sinks drained really poorly, and a few electrical outlets didn't work. In general though it was a good experience and would recommend!

Perfect!

This place was perfect for my family of 6. A 13 year old, 10 year old and twin 2 year olds. Everything was perfect! The walk to the beach wasn’t terrible. The pool was chilly but after being at a ball park all day, it was nice. The location was close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable nice place to stay! We would for sure book here again.

The property all together was in a great location. The only problem we ran into was on the 3rd day we was there the washer stopped working. Had to go to a laundry mate to complete the clothes.

Everything was excellent

There is absolutely nothing negative to say! Clean, yes. Close to beach, yes. Walking distance to stores and restaurants, yes. Towels were wonderful and soft and fluffy. The rain shower was so nice to come back to after being at the beach. Loved the deck. Internet was spotty and slow at times however-when you’re at the beach, UNPLUG! I will definitely rent from Todd again.

Wonderful vacation

This is my fourth year to stay at this condo. It is always clean, affordable and well maintained. The owners are very easy to reach and respond quickly. Walk across the street and you are at the beach. If you have to work while everyone else is enjoying the sun and the beach, the Wifi here is excellent. Swimming pool is great after the beach also. 3rd floor view is a great view of the ocean and there are stairs to climb but that gives my legs a good workout. I had everything I needed and met so many of the building condo owners. See ya next year!!!!

Great location with responsive owner

The condo was advertised as not allowing pets. Perfect, since I am extremely allergic. But when I arrived, there was dog hair everywhere. I mean everywhere. All over the floor, on the furniture, on the bathroom sinks and even in between the bed sheets. I reached out to the owner who was very responsive and we were able to get the cleaners back out to clean the rental unit. Also, the dishwasher was not working and again the owner was able to get a repair person to come out to fix the issue. The owner was easy to reach and corrected the issues encountered. The condo is a great size and has a wonderful deck. It's located within a block of beach access. Since it was winter, I did not use the pool. Just an FYI - It like 35 steps up to this rental. No elevator. This was fine for me, but might be an issue for someone else. My only recommendation is that this rental unit needs a serious deep clean. When the HVAC system turns on, it blows dust everywhere. The condo is extremely dusty and the air ducts need be cleaned out. Other than that, it was a great stay.

One of the best places to stay in Gulf Shores

This is my go to place when I visit Gulf Shores Alabama. The owners are easy to reach and communication is excellent. They want to make sure you arrived safely and have everything you need. I appreciate that. Condo is very clean with lots of room. I am a return renter. I agree with the other reviews. The online pictures don't do it justice. It is so much nicer. It has everything you need to cook your own meals. The other owners in the building were awesome and very friendly. I will be back and if this unit is available I will definitely stay there.

Close to beach!

This is a great location if you can't or don't want to stay on the beach. Very short walk and you're on the beach. You can see the waves from the balcony. Condo is comfortable and was a nice size for our group of 6. I greatly appreciate the ease of communication with the property owner! It is so refreshing to know that the property owner cares that your stay is satisfactory. My only disappointment is that the pool was too cold to use. I know that is beyond the property owner's control, but if you are planning on the pool as part of your vacation you might find, as we did, that it is uncomfortably cold. We were there for the beach though. ; )

Room was not ready upon arrival

Upon arrival we had to wait an extra 4 hours for the room to be cleaned. We ran into the cleaning lady as she was leaving and she was very upset that the supplies she needed was not available to clean the room properly and said she did her best. I finished cleaning the room once we got in. We spoke to the owner and he was very nice and apologized about the mix up in our arrival date. Thank You

My stay at Gulf shores

Our stay at Gulf shores was good the 2 bedrooms with extra loft space with 2 baths accommodated our family of five with three teenagers very well. Location was great very short walk to the beach. Lots of things to do around golf Shores and surrounding areas even with heat advisories in place at the end of July. Our condo had everything the listing had said and had an excellent air conditioner that kept us nice and cool. Two suggestions we would make it would’ve been nice to have a blanket for each bed because at night it got a little cold and one sheet and a thin comforter was not enough. Also the unit could’ve used a deep cleaning, surface cleaning was OK but deep cleaning was definitely lacking. We did have to wash a stained comforter some rugs and as soon as we arrived ( which all came nice and clean after being laundered ) but other than that we had a good stay.
