Large vacation home located at the top of a private drive with beautiful view of the hills. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for a family holiday gathering - 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, warming drawer, spare fridg/freezer in garage. Large TV in each bedroom and in living rooms. Balcony attached to upstairs bedrooms with patio furniture and heater; dining and seating areas on back patio with fire table, heaters, and hot tub. Gas and pellet BBQs, hibachi/teppanyaki grill.

The whole house (kitchen and dining area, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, balcony, back patio with dining, fire table, hot tub. Access to fridge/freezer, laundry room, beach equipment and outdoor games in garage.

You will have use of the entire property including back yard, hot tub, fire pit table and picnic area. Also included are pellet and gas BBQs and a hibachi/teppanyaki grill. Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator/freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two living rooms (both living rooms have queen size sofa beds and there is also a queen size cabinet bed in upstairs living room - upstairs master bedroom has another queen sofabed). Laundry room in garage. EV & Tesla charger included.

You will have sole use of the property during your stay. Owners can be reached by phone or text message anytime. We live 15 minutes away if you need anything!

3 miles from beaches, including Oceano Dunes vehicle park. Walking distance to The Village, with shopping, restaurants, and bars. Many local wineries. Scenic hiking trails and bike lanes throughout the town.

Excellent, clean, luxurious home with great amenities. High end espresso/coffee maker, kitchen complete set up, ping pong table, arcade games, tv in every room. Jacuzzi spa Great communication with host. Responded to every text, call. Don’t hesitate to stay at this home. I certainly will. 5 stars!

Beach-lorette

My bridal party and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend getaway. We were blown away by the property on the inside and outside. Beautiful, serene location. Owner really had the guests experience in mind when equipping the rental with everything needed and more! Everyone was extremely pleased and we were sad to leave. With all that said, we definitely will be back!

We had the best time! Our little girls loved the play nook. We were so spoiled by all the amenities and there was plenty of space for the whole family. Lots of entertaining spaces but privacy for each family to have their own areas. We would absolutely recommend this space for large families, especially for little ones. The garage space to hang out was great and not to mention the double washer and dryer! 10/10

Great property. The host left very clear instructions throughout the house which we really appreciated. Every room was well furnished with remotes for the lights, fans, and window shades. They even had phone chargers spread around the house making it convenient to keep our phones topped up. Great property, highly recommended for large families.

Absolutely incredible. Family of 11 for gradnation weekend, Everyone was blown away by the amazin house... From coffee in the lot tub to start the day...to grilling and ping pong in the evering... ano id to t-p it offhanging out on the patio a roud the fire, Incaedide house & hosts... thank you!
