Welcome to our stunning, modern retreat in LA's historic View Park neighborhood. With all custom-designed features, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows, our 4-bedroom home offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The large backyard, with pool & spa, offers panoramic views of the entire city skyline. The property is on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, offering a quiet serenity in the middle of the bustling city. You'll enjoy the ultimate California lifestyle during your stay.
Sustainably designed and built in 2015 by architect Frank Vafaee of ProtoHomes, our modern, prefab home blends contemporary elegance with functionality. The open floor plan connects the double-height living/dining area to a sleek European-style kitchen equipped with Miele appliances, a Sub-Zero beverage center, and white quartz counters. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sophisticated lighting by Tom Dixon and Artemide add to the home’s modern aesthetic, while custom Italian cabinetry provides practical storage throughout.
Smart home technology allows for effortless control of lights & music from your phone. Eco-friendly features include solar panels, an EV charger, and water-wise landscaping. With built-in offices and spacious outdoor areas, this home offers the perfect balance of luxury and sustainability.
The main level features the kitchen, living, family room and dining area, along with a guest bedroom/office. The living and family rooms feature wall-mounted SmartTVs with Sonos soundbars. The guest bedroom/office features a workstation, along with a full-size sofa bed. There is a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a plush King bed and built-in workstation. The room also has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, lots of closet space, and huge windows overlooking the entire city. The two upstairs guest bedrooms feature one queen-size and one full-size bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway.
The multi-tiered back yard features a remodeled saltwater pool, spa deck, and BBQ grill with sweeping views of the Downtown skyline and San Gabriel mountains.
PLEASE NOTE: The spa can be heated year-round and is available for use from 10am-10pm. The pool can be heated only from April to October.
Located in one of LA’s most desirable neighborhoods, View Park offers easy access to Downtown, the Westside, and the beach, with nearby green spaces like Kenneth Hahn Park and the Park-to-Playa trail. The View Park neighborhood is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

You’re renting the entire house and back yard/outdoor area.
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund. The house is equipped with outdoor cameras and noise decibel monitoring which alerts the host in real time if noise levels become excessive.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Photo ID of primary guest must be submitted prior to checkin.
- Daytime occupancy is 12 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 8 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is available from April to October for an additional fee of $75 per day.
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat is included in your stay.
PETS
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED at this property. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guests will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
