beautiful place. tons of space! centrally located to everything you need! still find it weird so many places in this area don’t provide Linens, but that’s not anything against this property/owner. truly a wonderful place. the back porch that enclosed was our favorite part!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is a great family community with a lot of kid friendly activities on-site. It is conveniently located to the beach as well. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 grocery stores within 510 minute drive. There is a nice porch overlooking a lake. Owner was extremely cordial.

Family vacation

Condo was in a great location and the community has lots of amenities for a family.We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nicely decorated and a perfect size for a small group .

We had such a great trip! The host was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He answered any questions we had about the unit. We never booked with Vrbo before so I was nervous but he made the process very smooth. The unit was brand new, very clean and comfortable. Very close to the beaches, restaurants, and the amenities on the property were great. Pool was clean and within walking distance. Great unit if you're traveling with children or older parents. Very glad we chose to stay here over an hotel. We also had access to a crab trap, beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great, had everything you needed to make nice meals for your family. Beautiful view from the living room overlooking the canal. We ate breakfast in there everyday. A positively wonderful vacation.

Fun spring break getaway

We had another wonderful experience staying at this property over my kids spring break. We stayed here earlier this year and decided to come back because we enjoyed it so much. Everything was very clean and the nice weather made it possible to enjoy the beach and other nearby businesses that weren’t open in the off season. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway spot with friends!!

We highly recommend this spotless, beautifully appointed 3 bedroom vacation property. We had 5 adults and had room to spare…will nicely accommodate 3 couples, or 2 families or a large family with ease. Location is wonderful, easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything you can possibly need if you want to stay in and cook in this lovely unit, and enjoy the view! Love the fresh and tasteful decor…would go back in a heartbeat!

Quiet weekend getaway

What a nicely renovated home in a great community - tons of neighborhood amenities and a close drive to the beach. The house is newly renovated and was very clean, perfect for our small family of 4 to get away for the weekend. Our kids aged 3 and 6 loved the bunk beds. Nearby to many restaurant options and quiet neighborhood. We look forward to coming back in the summer!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We just stayed at this property for the long weekend with our kids and highly recommend! The house was recently updated and looks beautiful, it had plenty of space for our family of 4 and we could’ve easily had another family stay there too. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials needed to prepare meals while we were there. It was conveniently located near Fenwick and a short drive to Bethany and Ocean City. The check in process was seamless and the property owner was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Check out Fins across the street or Papa Grandes up the road, for a good meal out!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Family!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautifully renovated and furnished beach house in Fenwick! It was the perfect spot for our two families—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both kids and adults to enjoy. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids, giving them their own fun space while the adults relaxed in the stylish and cozy living areas. The owners have done an incredible job with the updates. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the beach, with great restaurants and activities nearby, yet still in a peaceful, family-friendly setting.If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Fenwick with kids, this is it! We can’t wait to come back.

We stayed for 5 days with 2 adults & 4 kids (ranging from 7-16). Quick drive to anything you need. Close enough to Ocean City but far enough to be out of the heaviest hustle & bustle. Short drive to the beach. Such a great family friendly community to stay in. Communication with owners was timely & easy. The place was clean & well stocked. It is a beautiful place & would definitely stay again!
