This place was a slice of heaven for me. Southwick beach has always been my favorite growing up and staying here was the cherry on the top. Beds were very comfy and hearing the waves at night was beautiful. Renee is a great host and communicator was very easy. Already planning for next year

We love this cottage! It’s perfectly set up and has all the amenities for a great vacation, especially when visiting from out of town. The beds are really comfy and Renée goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Looking forward to staying again next year.

This place is an absolute gem! Even though we don't live far away, it truly feels like a vacation the moment you arrive. The house sits right on the beach, with the lake just steps from the door—it's the perfect place to relax and unwind.The home has everything you could need and is incredibly well stocked. We especially loved that it came with plenty of lake and sand toys, which kept everyone entertained without having to pack extra. If you're looking for a peaceful lakeside escape with all the comforts of home, this is the perfect spot. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of clean towels and beach supplies. The sun porch overlooking the water was a highlight and made for the perfect spot to relax. Even with cooler weather, the cottage made our trip enjoyable, and we’d gladly stay here again.

Beautiful home! Perfect getaway, right on the beach. Every chair you could wish for, so many extras. Totally recommend this lake home.

Perfect location!

Our group had a great time at this beautiful property! The house was clean and spacious. The beach felt private. We enjoyed having the ability to walk down the beach to the state park with the kids to play on the playground and get some ice cream. We hope to come back!

We had a great time on our stay. Cottage had plenty of room for us and our kids. We all loved being right on the beach. Lake Ontario has the best sunsets and we were able to watch from the beach and the house! We definitely plan on coming back! Thank you!

This house is such a gem! The layout was perfect for what my family needed. The view is gorgeous and the location can’t be beat. We loved walking to Southwick, swimming in the lake, and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every night. The house was very clean and had all the essentials. The property also included a ton of thoughtful extras that were such nice surprises: coloring books and puzzles, extra beach towels, rafts for the lake, filtered water, a Keurig machine, an ice maker, an outside shower head to rinse off with, new steps leading to the water, etc! My family rents another cottage down the road and I can’t say enough about the sink water here. I can barely stand to shower at my family’s place because the water smells so strongly of sulfur. We were always told you shouldn’t drink it, rinse your fruit/vegetables with it or brush your teeth with it. This might not sound that annoying but it really is!!! We didn’t drink the water here just out of an abundance of caution because the owner noted a high iron content (and provided us with fresh water in a water cooler!), but it was so nice to brush our teeth like normal and not have the sulfur smell follow us around all week! Renee - Thank you for sharing your lovingly maintained home! We had the best time and would absolutely love to come back next year!

Lake Ontario is one of our favorite places and Renee’s home is the perfect place to experience the best it has to offer. The beach is steps away. You can hear the waves from any room in the house. You can also enjoy the best sunsets from either the cozy sunroom or down at the beach with a fire and smores. This is our second summer here and we are looking forward to more.

Had everything anyone would need for lovely and comfortable stay on beautiful Lake Ontario. Enjoyed watching sunsets from the deck and sunroom, walking the beach, etc. Modern conveniences and appliances, not "campy" at all, like staying in a hotel. Will hopefully return...
