Pool Heating Policy
- Pool heat is available by request.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to request pool heating. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are not guaranteed and will incur an additional $50 fee.
- The pool heater has a maximum temperature setting of 90°F.
- Pool heat is not guaranteed when outside temperatures are below 50°F.
- Pool heat is $100/day and must be scheduled for the duration of your stay.
- Please do not adjust or tamper with the pool equipment. If you experience any issues with the pool or pool heating system, please contact us directly so we can assist you.
- Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

Please note that the bunk room sits on the 3rd floor but there is no door.

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
