My family and I enjoyed the stay, very calming, relaxing and great location, great views! The host was extremely nice and accommodating! The condo was clean and neat! The kids loved the pool and fishing. Will definitely book again!

It was very nice. A little dated but felt like I was visiting my grandmother:) The location was fantastic! On the water, close to restaurants, gas stations, entertainment, Walmart. Loved the balcony. NOTE: Bring your own fan. There are no fans. Might want to bring your own coffee too. There is a coffee pot though:) communication was great!! Loved our stay:)

Great location and accommodations. Would definitely stay here again only recommendation is to get TVs in bedrooms.

The place was very cozy alittle older than expected but I loved the old kitchen appliances they took me back to my grandparents old home. The beds were alittle more firm than we would of liked but it stayed cool and was a great beautiful location. May want to leave directions to the pool and the garbage can cause we couldn't find it but that might have just been on us by over looking it

Great location and large condo perfectly suited for our family of 5. Everything included that one would need for a weekend in Hot Springs.

Hot Springs Get Away

Condo was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very nice. Patio was the highlight of our trip being able to see lake.

Great stay on Lake Hamilton

Well appointed and comfortable. Nice overview of lake, quiet complex with pool. Easy drive into Hot Springs. Enjoyable mid week stay.

A great family place

This was the perfect place for my family and I. I cooked our meals, the kitchen had what was needed to do that. We spent the mornings sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We brought our boat and it was super convenient to have a boat slip.We hope to stay here again.

Front Row Lake View

We so enjoyed our eight day stay. It was perfect. We even got to meet the owners and they were delightful! We especially loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats (and geese/ducks/blue herons) on the lake!

Lake View

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It had everything we needed. We got to meet the owners and they were delightful. Loved the balcony where we ate our meals and watched the lake. We also watched the neighbor fish from his balcony.

Lovely long weekend

The condo was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and would have needed had we cooked. The views were spectacular and the firework show was amazing. My grand daughter loved it. Oh and the bottle of wine was a lovely gift and was enjoyed.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. We ate on the balcony overlooking the water. Beda were very comfortable. Several pillows to choose from. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

The View

We had an amazing view of the water and the wild life. I woke up early just to see the sky light up and the steam on the lake. We saw deer and ducks; it was very serene. You will love this place. It is clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Great Location

The unit was on the lake and had great views. Although it was in a quiet area, it was minutes to stores and restaurants. There was only one tv and no instructions for operation.

Fun family getaway

Sweet condo. Felt like being home. My teens and and 8 y/o loved it. Convenient location. The owner brought board games at our request and left them in the condo while we were out. Super sweet of her to do! Would stay again. And would recommend!

Wonderful Lake View

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious, with two large bedrooms that can accommodate a pack and play or trundle bed. The balcony overlooking the boat dock and lake was my favorite spot. Plenty of room for the family to gather, drink/eat while taking in the view. 15ish mins depending on traffic to downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs, and Hill Wheatley Park for lake swimming. Boat rentals are nearby as well, though we had to cancel our reservation due to the wind. I would stay here again.

Lakefront Condo Stay

Property was great. Really appreciated the balcony view. Property manager was very kind with great suggestions. Did not appreciate having to pay a big fee for cleaning yet was expected to clean the condo before departing. Did not make sense
