Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex home located in the charming town of Zephyrhills, Florida!



🛋 Living Area: Comfortable seating and a 65-inch flat-screen Vizio TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.



🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table or take them outside to the backyard patio.



🛏 Bedrooms:

-Bedroom 1: Queen bed

-Bedroom 2: Bunk beds; 1 full bed and 1 twin bed
