INDOOR LIVING & CHEF'S KITCHEN Our hacienda-style ranch is built for seamlessly enjoying indoor-outdoor living with friends and family. Enter our open floor plan living room, island dining, and kitchen. Gather around the indoor fireplace with a glass of wine or play board games from our collection of 15 favorites.

Our fully-outfitted, top-of-the-line kitchen awaits you with chef-grade cookware and knives. We also have two outdoor grills at your disposal: a flat-top Blackstone (great for griddling breakfast) and a wood-burning Santa Maria grill for getting the perfect char on your meats.

THE NEW ENTERTAINMENT BARN Newly completed, the Entertainment Barn is the ultimate hangout space. It features a large media lounge with an 85” TV and surround sound, a pool table, 10-person dining table with expansive views, and a cozy breakfast banquette and game area. Unwind in the record player nook with custom barrel chairs, or grab a drink at the large custom oak bar, complete with leather stools, fluted woodwork, vibe lighting, and high-end brass finishes. The fully-equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired, offering a fridge, freezer, beverage and wine fridges, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee bar featuring a LatteGo espresso and speciality coffee machine and curated tea collection.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS We offer 5 bedrooms, all adorned with hybrid memory foam mattresses and luxury Matouk bedding.

Primary Suite (Main House): King bed, large floorplan, en-suite bathroom, and french doors opening to the front garden.
Bedroom 2 (Main House): King bed, large floorplan, walk-in closet and french doors opening to the front garden.
Bedroom 3 (Main House): Queen Murphy bed—perfect for little ones or another couple, and can also be set up as an office. Sliding doors offer beautiful views of the peaceful courtyard.
Bedroom 4 (Barn): King bed with rolling hill views, large custom closet, and desk vanity.
Bedroom 5 (Barn): Four Twin XL bunk beds, plus a fun "secret" bridge bunk that doubles as the perfect play nook for kids.

Our 3 spa-like bathrooms include Aesop products (hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner), soft Matouk towels, and hairdryers. A major highlight is the barn's stunning new full bathroom, featuring a luxurious steam shower, double farm sink vanity, and heated floors.

For those needing laundry access, there is a fully stocked laundry room with double washers and dryers, plus an iron, ironing board, and steamer.

OUTDOOR OASIS & DINING Our home celebrates its surroundings with an inviting front porch that draws you out to centuries-old Oak trees. In the side yard, you'll find the heated pool and spa, alongside an open-air pool house complete with a wood-burning fireplace, hand-carved bar with stools, outdoor TV, and lounge furniture. Sun loungers with umbrellas are the perfect place to take in the view and watch our local hawks soar over the valley. Lush pool towels and floating noodles are provided.

Enjoy two distinct outdoor dining areas—both with built-in heat lamps to stay cozy on cool nights. The first sits under a bougainvillea-covered arbor near the pool, overlooking the rolling hills and vineyards. The second features a large circular table set just behind the kitchen.

THE GROUNDS Explore our 10-acre property including the pond, view/yoga platform, vegetable gardens, orchards, and chicken coop. A quick hike up our hill gives you sweeping valley and mountain views. Bring a glass of wine to enjoy the sunset over the neighboring vineyards of the Ballard AVA, including Stolpman, Lincourt, and Margerum!

NEARBY ACTIVITIES We are walking distance to grab breakfast at Bob's Well Bread (a Travel & Leisure "Top 15 small town bakery") and the pilates studio in Ballard. Or hop in the car to drive 5 minutes to all of the towns in the area. Explore dozens of tasting rooms in Los Olivos, enjoy a Michelin-star meal at Bell's in Los Alamos, join the year-round festivities in Solvang, shop in Santa Ynez, visit breweries in Buellton, ride horses through the vines, or hike the area's amazing trails.
