With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 9 twin xl beds this charming property offers plenty of space for guests and centrally located to so many activities. Enjoy the nice amenities like WiFi, covered patio, horseshoes, washers, and cornhole. Two car garage is spacious with tv, large table, and games.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was perfect for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably and gather together. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and accommodated all of our needs. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and hospitality.I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Beautiful new home in a nice peaceful area. Hosts were very helpful and they have thought of everything to make the stay fun, convenient and enjoyable. We would absolutely book this home again.

Our one-night stay was very comfortable. Host is fantastic with communication, the house is very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The garage is set up as a great play area for kids and groups. Really a nice place to stay.

We were traveling back from a conference with 20 college students. This house is perfect! There are a ton of beds, plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of space for everybody to relax and have a great time.

State track meet

The place was just what we wanted. Close to the track and where kids could hang out together instead of being separated in hotel rooms.

Daniel and group were great. Respectful, communicative, and tidy. They were a nice group of kids in town for a track meet. They all followed the house rules great!

Our family was visiting our Mizzou student for family weekend. We had a half hour ride from campus but worth it to enjoy a relaxing stay with family. We enjoyed the patio and garage area for socializing. Plenty of room for the family of parent, grandparents, aunt.uncles and cousins.

Everyone had a bed. The game players could play in the garage, people could watch television and could play cards at the dining room table. Some of the kids could be upstairs so appreciated that we could spread out. It also was nice that it was warm in every room.

This house accommodated a group of 10 of us very comfortably. Elaine was an excellent host with easy communication. The property was comfortable and quiet. Anything you need is close by.

Hi. I was raised in Holts Summit, moved away for 11 years, and returned to raise my boys. I have owned this land since 1997 and decided to build. I love being a host to meet new people and hear of activities going on around Central Missouri.

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and on a private dead end road. Lots of space between homes.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

You will enjoy the quiet country life while being close to everything. The house has a tankless water heater to accommodate large groups and a back up generator, incase power goes out. Wifi is free and it it goes down...I work for the company and will get it fixed right away! Groups enjoy the finished garage with large table, games, and fresh air.
