*This home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2014 and then again in 2023! All flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, appliances...everything...was replaced to give you the most comfortable experience possible.

*Sugarhouse. If you know Salt Lake, you know that this is the hottest, most centrally located neighborhood in the valley. Walking distance to great restaurants, a half-mile to the freeway, 15 min to the SLC airport, 10 min to downtown or the University of Utah, and your favorite ski resort is less than 30 minute away.

*Space. Many homes say they sleep 12 people but they are 2/3 bedrooms, meaning people are sleeping in every nook of the house. This home is 4 bedrooms with two large living areas and a gorgeous kitchen. In this home you'll have plenty of space during the day, while the West Elm decorated bedrooms will be warm and inviting at night.

*Personal touch. We have both spent our careers in the hotel industry and we know what makes a great overnight experience. We are NOT a vacation rental management company, trying to juggle hundreds of visitors per night. Read the reviews - one of the things our guests comment on most is the high level of personalized attention they get before and during their stay. We work hard to ensure your stay is the best it can be.

Bedrooms were great and having two complete sitting areas in the house worked out well for the five of us. Host was super responsive to any texts we sent. Location worked well for us as well, especially since we walked our dogs two to three times a day in the local neighborhood and in the park. We had a great stay!

Stayed here with my family while on a work trip in Salt Lake. The house was very clean and comfortable, the location is great, and communication with the host was excellent throughout.

Comfortable home, great location!

The house is very comfortable for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. The owners were attentive and easy to work with. We would stay again and recommend to others as well.

Very nice house at excellent location

We stayed three nights in June with five family members. The location across from sugarhouse Park is ideal for being centrally, located in the city with nice nature and some restaurants in walking distance. The house itself has a very nice small backyard and patio, and is clean and simply kept.

Cute house across from a beautiful park & within walking distance of The Dodo, they have great food & service and an excellent outdoor seating area. Baskin & Robbins is even closer :). Beutifully remodeled, very clean & well stocked.

Great for family

The property was very nice and clean. Loved having the split floor plan of two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Very spacious, and great location! Beautiful Park directly across the street, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Family trip

This place was perfect! My son lives nearby, so the location was great. This house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals there. There’s a park across the street to walk in, coffee and ice cream and restaurants at a walkable distance. We had a great time and will stay again!

Great central location for access to ski resorts.

Unbeatable access to all the Utah resorts. Great resturaunts within walking distance. One of the best parks in SLC is across the street. Clean, efficient, and comfortable home was a perfect Christmas for our family of 7 adults.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed here one night during a road trip. Very nice house and clean. The kids were thrilled to have the entire basement level to themselves, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge area with big couches. We walked to the Dodo restaurant nearby and to Baskin Robbins ice cream, all very convenient.

I'm confident you will not find a better option in Salt Lake that provides the combination of 1) new, luxury accommodations, 2) excellent location and 3) reasonable price. Every city has its coveted neighborhoods. If you're not familiar with Salt Lake, Sugarhouse is that neighborhood. And this home is not just in Sugarhouse; it's directly across from Sugarhouse Park, close to excellent dining, centrally located between ski resorts and downtown just a few blocks the the 1300 E Freeway access.
