We designed this direct oceanfront to have everything you dream of in a beach retreat. You will love being able to paddle out on the kayak to see the dolphins. Just steps to the elevator or take the one floor of stairs to ground level and you’re on the beach. The resort has a large outdoor pool with bar and snack bar, covered heated pool, 2 restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop, basketball, pickleball, gym with sauna, and arcade.

The owner is very user friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the condo is spacious. Additionally the furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone thinking about it.

The absolute best view of any place I’ve ever stayed!! I could just sit out on the deck forever!!!!! The whole place was beautiful and so comfy!!! The complex was fabulous as well, nothing like having a in-house coffee shop that was less than 5 minute walk away!!! I could not ask for anything better!!! Our host was the best of the best as well…. We already have plans to return, many many times!!!!

The condo has an amazing view from every window. It’s decorated beautifully and has plenty of space. The bedrooms were a bit warm because of the plentiful windows, but nothing a fan couldn’t fix. My parents enjoyed being able to watch sunrises from the balcony.

Amazing hostess with great communication! Photos dont do justice to the beauty of the listing. Bedrooms are tight with no dressers. Perfect location for relaxing quiet retreat. Clean clean clean!!!

The best location! Check in was easy. Everything you need was there. The three bedrooms were a perfect fit for us. The unit was clean, comfortable and so nice. We truly enjoyed our week. We never had to leave the resort. The best view!

We had a wonderful long weekend here! The home was as pictured, everything was clean and decorated with a coastal vibe. The ocean views were wonderful, spacious LR, comfortable sofa, nice bathrooms, stocked kitchen, host was friendly and helpful! We also enjoyed the pool, arcade and the coffee shop that was in the building!

We have four adult daughters and these vacation properties help bring us all together for vacations.

I looked around at many different areas on the North and South Carolina coasts. North Topsail was head and shoulders above everywhere else. When you go over the bridge from Sneads Ferry onto Topsail island, all you see is ocean and a thin line of houses. It is so uncrowded and beautiful. Its really too nice to describe so you'll just have to come and see for yourself!

Our unit has the best view of all the condos at the St. Regis resort and has a larger floorplan than most. I've put in everything to make your stay perfect.
