This direct oceanfront condo is calling .This is the place for a real family vacation Topsail Island is being called the next Outer Banks .Quiet and pristine .There is nothing like walking on the beach early in the morning, catching the sunrise or sitting on your balcony ,having your morning coffee watching the shrimp boats go by ,catching what may be your dinner tonight or view of the dolphins splashing in the surf. And when was the last time you saw a squadron of pelicans gliding by tipping their wings on the waves. It is an incredible place to relax and bring down the blood pressure.

Family-friendly, amazing location, pool and ocean can’t be beat!

You can’t beat this location on Topsail! The condo has access to amazing pool, the beach, and an on-site restaurant. We traveled with our 2 young kids and the ease of enjoying the water made it a great vacation. The condo overall was exactly what we needed, the space was big enough for the 4 of us, and the kitchen had the basics kitchenware to make breakfast/lunch at the condo most days. The condo was pretty clean when we arrived but we did notice some sand across the floors and hair in the showers. There are a few outlets not working in one of the bedrooms but overall it was nothing that hindered are enjoyment of the trip.

Great location

Location was very nice. View was fantastic. Property manager Tony was very responsive with the few woes we had. The condo was spacious. However, many updates needed. The front door locks but doesn’t catch tightly. Toaster, coffee maker, ripped comforter in master, rug not clean in bath. Really could be nice but cleaning crew needs to do a much better job. The property manager Tony has been made aware and was really on top of responding. Tony is planning to talk with owner concerning the updates as well as the cleaning crew.

Absolutely Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Property management is wonderful. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the condo is very nice. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful vacation

Property was fantastic. Greatly enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Very clean and well kept. Our condo had tons of extas like boogie boards and beach toys. Owner had great instant communication.

Wonderful Getaway

Such a beautiful and comfortable condo. We enjoyed the pools, beach, and on-site restaurant. Tony was always responsive and a first-rate host. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Awesome view

Actual condo great, neat, clean. Beautiful nighttime view of grounds from 3rd floor condo. Definitely plan to return for a longer stay. Grounds approach to condo sketchy. Exterior of Villa Capriani needs care (buildings are being resurfaced), especially the outside walls and concrete pathway as approach the dirty run down elevator. The pool (not heated!) and the one hot tub that was warm, were clean, inviting, and resort quality ie LOVELY. The restaurant was impressive; probably scratch. Good food. The host (Larry) was stellar. He was accommodating , accessible, and pleasant.

Perfect Getaway

Villa Capriana is very nice and the restaurant, Splash By The Sea is fantastic. Loved coffee on our deck viewing the ocean and our condo!

Great Visit

Great visit and Larry was very responsive. Good location and pools were nice to have if it was windy at the beach.

Needs improvement

Cable and internet disconnected frequently. Contacted property manager and didnt do much about it. No one came out to fix the issue. Found a blood stain on one of the comforters. Wasnt aware the pool wasnt "offically" open until after memorial day. Pool wasnt heated and even on the hottest day we couldnt get in because it was freezing cold. Wish we knew it wasnt going to be heated before we booked. Both bathrooms had toilets that werent flushed and had fecal residue inside them. Also there was a hornets nest in the corner of our balcony that made it impossible to sit down outside and relax. Overall still had a good time because of how close it was to the beach and resturants but def could have been cleaner with better internet and cable access.

We Love Topsail Island

We loved our vacation at North Topsail Island and can’t wait to get back there for another visit. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom unit. The views of the ocean were incredible and the beach area had soft sand to walk and play on. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice condo

Condo was nice. Everything was as stated in VRBO. Clean. Location in building was close to restaurant and elevator. We enjoyed our stay.

Very peaceful and beautiful.

A little walk to get from. Roo. To beach, but it was worth it. Restaurant was really good but very busy! The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

We love this beautiful property! So nicely updated! Very clean! The views are breathtaking! Larry and Tony could not be better to work with on our stay. If you’re looking for a one bedroom ocean front condo, just book it. You will be glad you did!

Great hosts, lots broken

This stay was very disappointing. The property managers were fantastic and tried to help, but we went most of the stay without Internet and most of the stay without air-conditioning. So we were hot and uncomfortable and could not do our work and or schoolwork which is why we came to the beach in the first place. I feel strongly that we should get a partial refund as we had to leave the condo for lunch if the trip just to access internet.

Great Vacation!

Unit was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool! Apart from some renovation work at the property, everything was on point. Would stay here again!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay at Top Sail Island! The resort is wonderful, however, we would have preferred to know in advance that some of the amenities (two pools and a hot tub) were closed due to COVID. Power was out two days of our trip (once for the hurricane, understandable) and again on another day that the fire alarms were all sounding. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and our condo has a great view of the pool and ocean

Amazing week

By far the most relaxing beach vacation I have ever had. My husband, son, and his girlfriend absolutely loved the condo and facility. We didn't prepare any dinners, but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Spotless, very comfortable beds, and a great view. The only things I would suggest is providing scan cards for every adult and perhaps information on restaurants and things to do in the area. Unfortunately, two of the pools were closed due to COVID, but they did a great job of making sure everyone stuck to 6ft. rule. The grounds are immaculate, even though they are still working on units damaged from hurricane Florence. A big plus is the awesome restaurant, Splash. Voted the favorite place we ate the whole week. Larry and Tony are awesome. My son left his new Ray Bans he got for graduation in the night table. They are shipping them to us. Our goal is to rent this same condo next year.

Wonderful stay

Great property and complex. Amenities included pool, restaurant right below the room, full kitchen, view of pool and ocean. The property managers were in communication at the beginning of check in and then left us alone unless they were needed. Great response and communication by property owner / manager
