Great property! 8 minutes from the airport, and close to so many parks. Beautifully appointed and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need, with plenty of coffee provided. Excellent communication, accommodated an early check-in - we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was wonderful and was equipped with everything we needed. We really liked the 3 levels because it allowed privacy for all of us.

We truly loved this home.

We were all so pleasantly surprised the minute we pulled up to this rental. It was beautiful inside & out. The owner was very easy to work with and had great communication our entire stay. The home was clean, spacious and perfectly suited our needs. We have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Great place for out big Family

Great Place to stay with a big Family. We stayed with 16 people here and the House was big enough for all of us. Great communication. Location was Good as well. Less than a mile away from Fred meyers and 2 Miles away from Dimond Center. 15 Minuten from Downtown. Definitely recommend this Place.

We loved our stay! Rob was very responsive to messages throughout the process which made our vacation relaxing and stress free. His beautiful home has been thoughtfully prepared with all of the things anyone may need during their stay, including extras like coffee, laundry pods, corn hole, wireless speakers, and more. We had adults, teenagers, and kids with us and everyone enjoyed their stay. The location was centrally located, making it easy to access the airport and the outskirts of Anchorage and beyond. Highly recommend!

This home is truly spacious and clean (WE LOVED IT), it was very convenient to the downtown area (4 miles) and the airport (4.5 miles). Less than 15 minutes to drive to each. The neighborhood was clean and safe. The home is 3 stories, with the entrance on the 2nd level. This is where the kitchen, dining, bathroom, and TV room is located (there is not TV in sitting dining area). On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, each with a queen, bathroom, laundry facilities (with all the soaps etc.) also an activity room with a TV, along with a pool table, little bar, and a fuse ball table, The bottom floor opens to the back yard which has a table, umbrella, and grill. Both the 1st and 2nd floors have really cool speakers that blue tooth to your phone. On the 3rd floor is the bedroom with the queen and bunk bed, hallway bathroom, as well as the owner's suite, which is massive (this is the only bedroom with a TV) huge closet and bathroom. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. The owner is very kind and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property. It is close to grocery, and liquor stores. Notes, if you are renting you do not have use of the garage (that was fine for us but just letting you know), the hot water would run out or get redirected somewhere else if everyone was getting ready together, and the bottom floor bathroom could use some cleaning (again not a problem for us just wasn't like rest of the home). There were nine of us, would love to stay again.

Family Trip to Alaska

Our entire family enjoyed this spacious home. Group included mom/dad, 3 grown children and spouses along with 2 year old granddaughter. Master suite is huge! It was like my wife and I had our own house. Also another BR on top floor which had use of hall bath and was a good size as well. Walkout basement had 2 nice size BR and shared bath along with nice game and media room. Main level had large kitchen that was great for family meals and had large living dining area along with 5th BR and bath. I was a little concerned when I booked this property because it had not yet been reviewed but the property met/exceeded our expectations! Kitchen was well stocked including coffee pods. It should be noted that master and other BRs do not have black out curtains. Master had lots of windows so it never got dark in the room in June. I purchased a sleep mask which took care of this problem.This was a great house for our family and I would definitely stay here again!!
