The house was spacious and accommodating for our family. The pool was a great bonus, and so was the beach shuttle.

Awesome stay!

Worked great for our family vacation! Having the golf cart shuttle was a bonus for sure although the walk isn’t bad at all to get to the beach. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a great experience staying here!

Thank you for your review! Your feedback is very important to us. We understand the outside area tends to get dirty with the conditions in Hilton Head due to the pollen and weather close to the beach is hard to keep clean. We will continue to clean the outside pool area often. Thank you again, and we hope you choose to stay with us in the future.

This is a wonderful home that combines the size to accommodate large groups with the intimacy of the common areas which allows everyone to relax and socialize together. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Awesome!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The house was pristine! Many added amenities and the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cookware. The neighborhood was private and quiet and the walk to the beach was not too far. I would DEFINITELY rent this property again!

Spectacular & Clean

Spectacular, modern and clean. Very spacious, with a lot of seating and a lot of TV's. Outdoor patio and pool was very nice with a propane grill. Short walk to the beach and short walk to the park. Excellent access to bike trails. This property had everything we needed and will plan to stay again.

Great stay

Loved the house. Very clean and accommodating. Courtesy shuttle to the beach was very convenient. Only issue was the sliding balcony door on the main floor. It was hard to open and opened partially.

Perfect for a large group

Spacious and well appointed house. Our trip was 8 guys for a golf weekend on Hilton Head, the house fit us all incredibly comfortably, we probably could have fit another 4-5 people without hassle. Check in and out was simple and easy. There were some minor problems with the Wi-Fi and pool heating but the property manager responded within minutes to any issues.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was perfect for our extended family. This place was, clean, updated and modern, it checks all the boxes. Having 2 living rooms on the same level was great, the adults could watch TV while the kids watched their shows. The overall area was great, not to busy. Chaplin park is great and convenient. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the park and to the beach. Harold's Diner and Coco's on the the beach are walking distance. We hated to leave but are looking forward to coming back to this house next year!

Brand new and perfect for large groups!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect house for our large group (family reunion)! I always read reviews and since this was new and had none I was nervous but the management was responsive so I felt more at ease. Everyone had space to spread out and the décor was lovely. The house and pool was extremely clean, which is important for me and the beach was just a short walk. Honestly, the only negative I have is that we couldn't stay longer. Going to book our next trip now so we don't miss out on this house.

Golf Trip

The house was perfect. We had 8 guys on a golf trip and the house worked out great. Everyone had enough room and the pool was a great addition. If you rent this house in the early spring I would highly recommend having the pool heated. The property manger recommended it before we got there and it was the right call. I would highly recommend this house to a group of 8. Thanks again, We are more than likley going to rent it again next year.

The pool needed to be cleaned. I believe Saturday is cleaning day. The outside furniture should have been washed down. The experience of the pool after cleaning was amazing! We did not sit on the outside furniture. We loved this property.it was quite roomy. Very nice kitchen and it had 6 bathrooms. There were 11 of us total. The biggest issue was with the Bedroom Televisions. Some had regular T.V. Some didn’t and we couldn’t find the remote for 1 bedroom. Overall, we would stay at this property again. Property Management Team was phenomenal! Michelle was on point getting to us every call we had.

Beach Fun

It was very nice. There were a few things that needed attention in the house. Would have been nice to had a couple more kitchen towels. There wasn’t a hamburger Spatula for grill. We bought one and left for the house.Ice refrigerator wasn’t working and ran constantly. I called Property manager he said they were trying to get someone out to service it. Property manager was very nice. All and all would stay again at this property.Great House and community!

Large lovely home with plenty of space for a family vacation. Two living areas on the main floor was a big plus. Loved having an extra refrigerator and a ping pong table in the pool area. We would definitely stay here again!
