A very serene and cozy living space that met our needs perfectly. The host was respectful and responsive, promptly assisting us when we reached out for the correct address. The home was clean and well-prepared on arrival, with the beds neatly made. We highly recommend this property.

Had a great stay! Was our first time here and everything went very smoothly. House was clean, contact with the host was prompt, check out was easy. Good location and overall great deal if you are looking for somewhere in the area to stay.Thankful to be able to adjust the thermostat (some places do not allow this). Also thankful the host allows a dog even though we did not bring one this time.

The home was as advertised, a little bit older, but they're doing a nice job on the remodel. it was in a great neighborhood and the location was perfect for the wedding we attended. Homewood, IL is a cute little town with great restaurants and had train access to Chicago if you want to spend time downtown. we highly recommend eating at the Blueberry Hill Pancake House, Stoney Point Grill and the Twisted Q. If you are visiting in the Homewood area with family or friends, I recommend checking out this property.

Vrbo needs to give correct infor

'Vrbo sent the wrong information on Friday that included wrong address, wrong code to get into the home and the wrong time to enter the home. This was extremely frustrating ,to the point that we nearly just went and rentedto a hotel and was going to request our money back. After 30 minutes of trying to find the place that was supposed to be in one city and at one address that Vrbo had sent I went back to the original listing found that it was the wrong address wrong time to enter the home, and wrong city.We went to the correct address, but still had the wrong access code Given to us by Verbo. I was able to contact the owner. He gave us everything we needed to get into the Home apologized as he was new to the Vrbo app. Once we were able to access the house everything pretty much went smoothly from there. As we were not at the Home very much we exited extremely early in the morning. Let the owner know directly so that they could get into the home early and clean for the next renters

The home was clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. The host was very prompt and responded when we reached out. It was very close to shops, stores, restaurants, and the convention center we had our conference. We highly recommend Peter and his home. We definitely would stay there again.
