Very clean house that allows pets and has a nice place for them in the yard to chill. Very convenient location, walking distance to south congress, several restaurants and bars, and a nice walking trail along the river that ends at a nice park. Very pleasant place that's comfortable.

Great, comfortable spot, centrally located. Quiet neighborhood minutes from all of the important stuff to do in town.

Great place to stay for a couple. Walking distance to Congress Street, short cab or scooter ride to 6th Street or Red River District. Quiet neighborhood. If we come to Austin again we would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in many rental properties and this one definitely reached the top 3 of my list. Everything I needed was there, the location is fantastic all around, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and the place itself is just a fun and cool little place.

Darling and cozy ADU cottage in a great neighborhood. Owner was very quick and responsive to questions. Hope to stay there again!

What a lovely little home. Loved the bed set up and great shower! Quaint spot, easy to get to everything around Congress street if you know Austin, I would only suggest in the photos that you show the house from street view so people know it’s set back behind the other home in front.

A great stay in a great spot. Communication with the owner was outstanding… Very helpful and accessible… The house was clean and just as described. A great AC system for a hot Austin summer! The bedroom is upstairs, so perhaps not the best for anyone with mobility issues, but other than that, a perfect stay!
