Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just minutes from Zilker Park, South First Street & South Congress Avenue, Palmer Events Center, Long Center for Performing Arts, Austin City Limits, Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin, the Kasita is a beautifully designed smart home designed for comfort, rest and relaxation after a full day on the go and the Nest is a pavilion surrounded by a flower garden in the round that serves as a peaceful outdoor place to recalibrate and synchronize the mind with the body. Kasita Nest was designed specifically for travelers who desire a serene retreat that offers comfort and privacy.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Had a great experience, the home is beautiful, intimate and cozy. It’s the perfect amount of space for two people. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely rent this place out again.

The Kasita Nest was superb! Everything was clean and pristine. Loved getting to stay here and experience the modular first hand. Location was a little outside of the Austin “hubbub”. But that’s a bonus for us. Would highly recommend!

Cute, Efficient Guest House

Kasita Nest is a modern, well equipped and comfortable guest house. It is compact but perfect for a couple or single. The driveway parking spot is a nice plus. The neighborhood is perfect location to cafes, shops and coffee - just a mile or less. I’d stay here again 👍

Nothing but the best to say

House may be small but has plenty of space to rest your head with 2 beds! We loved hanging out in the garden to unwind after a long day out in the sun. Perfect communication and help when needed!

Beautiful and peaceful stay

Everything about this property was immaculate. We were in awe of how beautifully it was designed and decorated - both inside and the outside patio. The host communication was excellent as well as the check-in and check-out instructions.
