Very clean and walkable to town

Great location for a quick weekend trip to Black Mountain, NC. The house had everything we needed for a short trip. The location was great and the house was clean, with cool decor.

Loved staying at the Cozy Cottage. Very clean and the updated kitchen and bathroom were very nice. All the comforts of home. We especially liked that we were within walking distance of downtown Black Mountain. Will definitely be staying here again.

I do not think we could've enjoyed our stay more. The house was in the perfect location just far enough away from town to be quiet, but also close enough to walk just about anywhere very easily. It was a joy to wake up and walk to different coffee shops. The house had perfect space for my wife and our child. There was a basement with a second living area and TV/ ping pong table that is a nice bonus and the outside space is perfect for what we wanted. The host responded almost immediately to any questions and was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and house was clean.

Excellent little house for our family of 4 stay. Easy check in, everything we needed for the week long stay. Close to town and the lake, an easy walk to both. Laundry facilities in the basement were clean and easy to use. Although it only has one bathroom it worked fine for us. Great shower pressure. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved the house! It was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. While there, I sent the owner a message and received an immediate answer. If going to Black Mountain again, I will book here again!

Great location. We were able to walk downtown for all of our meals. The house was super comfortable and very comfy beds. I would love to rent again in the future. Big shout out to Black Mountain. It was my first trip to this town but not my last. I enjoyed how friendly everyone was and the “laid back” vibe, throughout the town.

Perfect location

We were in the Black Mountain area for our son's "Senior Day" for baseball. He attends Montreat College. The house was in a perfect location for getting to the school as well as all the wonderful restaurants. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We appreciate the opportunity to stay!

We loved this space and the ability to walk to the downtown area. The house was quaint and lovely for the four of us. The only drawback I have is it was advertised with a fireplace but sadly the fireplace was not in working condition. That would have been nice to know!

Perfect location and accommodations for an extended weekend in Black Mountain. The property is incredibly convenient to everything—just follow the sidewalk into downtown, and Lake Tomahawk Park is only a short walk away.The bedroom was very comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to unwind after a full day out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which made meals simple and enjoyable. One of our favorite spots was the front porch swing—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to start or end the day.Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish—responsive, clear, and easy to work with, which made the entire experience even better.Overall, this was a fantastic stay. Comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were hoping for. I would happily stay here again.
