This vacation stay was amazing. Lynn had everything ready for us before we got there. Even let us kno about the SpaceX launch the morning after we got there and my kids loved it. The whole place felt like home. We will definitely be planning another stay there in the future.

We chose this wonderful home because of the beach access, but will definitely come back. The home was so well stocked along with every beach item imaginable. Lynn answered all my questions within minutes. Just wonderful.

This house was incredible. It literally had every appliance and tool and knick knack and extras you could dream of. The beach chairs and carts were top notch and nicer than things I would have bought for my own personal use. Lynn was the best host and thought of everything. The location was also excellent- walking distance to great stuff and just across the street from the beach. We will go find this house again and plan our next trip around its availability.

Amazing home, great location, and lovely hosts. It's right across from the beach. They provided chairs, wagon, boogie boards, and more. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. We loved relaxing on the front porch and watching the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again!

This is I believe our fifth time staying here and we absolutely love it. The accommodations are very clean, every kitchen item you need is easily available, it has three full bathrooms so no long shower waits, and best of all, it’s only about a minute walk to the beach! No need to pack toys or towels or bulky beach items. Lynn provides all that you need, even a wagon to help carry it all down to the beach. We seriously love staying at the Bougainvillea Beach House and highly recommend it. Already looking forward to our stay next year!

It was an amazing stay! Easiest check in, the house was perfect, great beach access, and friendliest owner. The 5 teenagers with me LOVED it and can’t wait to go back!

Lynn was great! The house has everything you need for the beach from beach towels, chairs, beach cart and cooler. House was great and the front porch was great to relax and people watch. Right across from the beach..couldn’t ask for anything more!

Are family loved staying here. View was great! Place is furnished very well! Lynn and Captain Kevin were fantastic hosts. Very respectful and very nice people. We plan on reserving for next year and fishing with Captain Kevin!

This is our third time staying here and it’s always a great stay. The home was well prepared for our visit, very clean and had everything we needed. It has easy beach access, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommended the Bougainvillea Beach House.

We really, really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were friendly and communicative. The location was excellent, very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality appliances and utensils. The porch was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. Adults, teens and the dog all had a wonderful time.

The view was amazing!! The stove was a chef’s dream!!! The owners live on site which scared me a bit at first!! Turned out they are the most kind and helpful couple. They have thought of everything!!!

What a wonderful stay. The apartment was very beautiful and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to all the the places we love to visit, especially the beach.

Another great stay

This was our family’s second year to stay. Lynn does a wonderful job keeping a beautiful property with quality amenities like the comfortable beds, living room, kitchen, porch, and beach accessories.
