Great condo, especially for a family with two married couples, since the back bedroom is really a second master bedroom. We loved it - thanks for being so accommodating!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was roomy and beautiful. We liked it being a corner unit with large front balcony! Only problem we had was ants in the kitchen mainly. I reported this on second day there, they promised to call exterminator to take care of it. Nothing was done so we dealt with it. Make sure to watch for ants but otherwise place is great!

Destin getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful , the grounds were beautiful as well! Access to the beach was awesome and the view from the balcony was awesome. Only thing I would say is it needs a new couch and a new mattress in the bedroom off the balcony. Had a big dip in it, so it was uncomfortable sleeping. But otherwise it was amazing and we would totally go back! Would highly recommend!

Description of condo spot on. Great ocean views from all balconies. Absolutely loved the bedroom with studio feel. Condo very clean on arrival. There were no instructions for use of tv with 3 different remotes. Would have been helpful to have instructions.Would also like to see new mattress pads that are not stained. The grounds and property are very well maintained. Absolutely love the NO SMOKING policy. On arrival, the young lady at the front desk was slightly rude but someone in the back office corrected the unwelcoming atmosphere immediately. Also, the beach attendant on Sunday morning was beyond rude but other days they went above & beyond to assure we were attended.Definitely will be returning but maybe not during fall break.
