Knowing when and how to use the keys fobs was a little confusing at first but other than that everything was fantastic!

The condo was very nice. There does need to be more silverware. The master mattress was very soft and noisy. But overall a very nice place. Our family had a wonderful time. The elevators were very quick and the pools were very clean Thank you

Great room with a great view. Very clean and family friendly. Guest room fan was loud and needs repair. Garbage disposal didn’t work. Someone called saying we had a key fob missing but that was not true. Other than that it was a perfect week and we were pleased

There was a beautiful full view of the beach and water. We were able to see dolphins swimming from the balcony everyday. The only thing that I wish is that the kitchen had a crockpot for our use.

The Primary bed was not comfortable and made loud noise when getting up and down or rolling over. Also the door to the primary bathroom would not stay closed. Kitchen could use additional silverware as there was only 6 forks for a condo that sleeps 8. We had to go out and buy a decent frying pan and larger cookie sheet. I expect more from such a high priced condo. Location was nice and my family enjoyed the pool and minimal walk to the beach.

Wonderful place and location. Only complaint is the beds and sofa were awful, the bed creaked every time we moved (the master bedroom) and sofa was so uncomfortable. Will not stay in this condo for that reason

Very pleased

I really enjoyed my stay and book again in the future. Very nice and up to date future. Great location and very spacious. The only thing that I would change is the checkin and check out time

We do have a standard 4pm check-in time for the rental property. If you arrive in town early, we recommend going to one of the public beach accesses to enjoy the day at the beach, head to one of our boutique shopping areas, or get lunch in a nearby restaurant! No need to wait until you check in to start your Destin Vacation!

Family beach vacation

The property and condo is very clean and well kept. The decor is tasteful. The location is great, especially coming out at a stoplight. Parking was the best. There are a few upgrades the condo needs to make the stay even better but it wouldn’t keep me from booking again.

The view was amazing!

We stayed here for a whole week. The only problem was the bed in the master room was hard. Other then that, the property was amazing..the view was beautiful. The room was clean, and the location was amazing.

Beautiful property. Only problem was that we were given 1 key to the pool/beach and made it difficult with us being multiple people.

This room was perfect for a family of six, we were able to rent a full size crib and a high chair, which was super helpful if flying. The bathroom showers had amazing water pressure - which I feel is hard to find. Some of the kitchenware/appliances need to be replaced (mostly the spatulas, silverware, and toaster) if you aren’t planning on cooking much it’s not bad. The master bed has a little bit of a divot in the center and the bed frame creeks when getting in, out, or moving around, we had a baby with us so I was nervous of waking him moving around. Overall we would definitely try to book this room again, the beach and pool were very nice and clean.

Very nice!

Great building! So quiet, never heard my neighbors. Very clean unit. Absolutely gorgeous views from private balcony. Cons- yes, the bed in master is not great and the dryer still takes a while to dry. The sofas are pretty worn out too. All consistent with a lot of use! But, it’s all clean and bug free which is wonderful.
