Everything was good except the weather which I know can’t be controlled but overall a great stay and will do it again.

So nice

We stayed in this condo for two nights on the 4th of July and it was so extremely nice! They provided hotel size toiletries, and the condo was super clean. My kids loved the upstairs and loved “camping” on the pull out couch which was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to stay!

Overall our stay was awesome! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The AC was AMAZING which helped on those very hot days at the beach. The amenities were also nice. The only thing negative I can say is there were issues with the elevator so we chose to take the stairs most of our trip and the mattress needs an upgrade but shouldn’t complain for the price. It was a great vacation and we would stay again!

We stay at Sugar Beach every year, some times 2 x's a year and have stayed in several different units. This is only the 2nd time we have been disappointed in the unit itself. Everything was very dated...and honestly after walking barefoot for a few minutes the bottoms of my feet were black...the kitchen was sparse so if you plan on cooking at all bring your own stuff.. the curtains over the slider were too small and only 2 panels which gave little coverage and looked as if a cat had clawed its way up them several times with little holes everywhere... the upstairs ran around 80 the whole stay...and the tub/shower upstairs was dirty and had black crust around the overflow fixture and the sink did not drain well at all. The bed was super hard and squeaked with every move and the pictures had about 2 inches of dust on them and the walls in the bedroom looked as if a furniture fight had taken place around the nightstands... We spent most of our time at the beach or pool which was enjoyable...The pools def need a deep cleaning ...people writing their names in the grime on the sides is a bit alarming. My oldest ended up with a giant splinter in his foot from the rotting deck boards around the pool .... we will def seek a different unit out for our next stay

Need to provide more towels. Wasn’t replaced any. I had to wash towels to have enough for us. I felt a the halls were a little scary when we checked in, but felt better as I met the people around. The 9 year old loved it. It was very clean.

Perfect budget beach side rental for a fisherman or couple with small children

The unit is nicely decorated, has a kitchen with essentials for cooking simple meals, full size fridge with ice maker and electric range, microwave and coffee maker. It has an apartment size washer dryer that worked flawlessly. There is a bathroom upstairs and another downstairs with stand up only showers. Tile floor downstairs and some really groovy retro shaggy carpet in the bedroom upstairs! The unit is no frills but was spotless clean. There is a king bed upstairs and a queen sofa sleeper downstairs.The balcony on the side has a view of the Gulf. The complex is on the Gulf side of the road and there is a walkway with no stairs to the beach. There are three pools onsite. Most of the parking is covered which was awesome since I left in a downpour and didn't get wet. The door has is opened with a code so there is no key to keep up with. If you want luxury accommodations you might be disappointed but if you want a fully functional clean place to sleep, shower and eat that is close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores dining and shopping this is it.

Condo was great! The parking lot is not the best, but once you’re there, there’s no need to leave! The host communication was beyond great.
