This is a new listing for 2025 as A Winterpast is under new management! This is one of two properties that share the same large driveway and can be rented together for large groups. Both homes share the same 130 feet of beach usage (which is PLENTY of space to stretch out and enjoy the water) and stairs down to the beach. **Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater may shut itself off. Please contact the office for pricing.
