The basement is currently not available for the guest to enter. There are laundromat stores nearby if you are looking to do laundry.

Park only in the street for free. Please do not park in the driveway near the neighbor.

We try our best to do pest control. But it's in the country, homes of flying and crawling insects like flies, mosquitos, caterpillars, gnats, ants, etc. We have various sprays on the property but be prepared to see some of them around.

We have a firepit. But we don't provide charcoal and firewood for liability issues. They are easy to find in grocery stores and gas stations.

Trash pickup day is every Wednesday. If it's during your stay, please help us push the trash bins to the curb on Tuesday and pull them back on Wednesday after emptying them. Thank you so much for your help.

Dogs are welcome! No cat, please. There is a pet fee of $30 per pet for the entire stay. Please let us know ahead of time. You will be responsible for any damages or waste they make. (Clean after your dog)

This stay was awesome! Beautiful place. Comfy beds, great location for getting to Shenandoah hiking places. I would definitely stay there again!Thanks to the host…checked in with me daily and responded to questions very fast.

We loved our trip and mostly enjoyed the yard space and hot tub a lot! We did have some minor issues while there, but reached out to the host and were able to get quick resolution. Very close to Luray caverns and some cute local shops nearby as well.

House was easy to access and get to the national park. Close to walmart and main street. The place was clean and well-maintained. We needed a little more seating than was available for our family of six, but overall we had a pleasant stay. We'd definitely come back!

Host was very communicative and helpful. Location was great; very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the national park. House had great amenities and the game room and hot tub were fantastic!

Great spot!

We loved this spot with its proximity to Shenandoah and it had a lovely back yard! We used both the fire pit and the hot tub and they were perfect additions to our trip.

Nice location very close to the wedding we were attending. The house was cute and fit our needs as we were traveling with family. Appreciated that we could bring our pets along. Loved the hot tub. The fenced in yards were helpful. A couple of suggestions would be to mow the grass. It was really high in the front and back yard which made it hard to use the fire pit. We pulled all the weeds in the fire pit but the grass was just too high around it to comfortably sit. Another issue was the house sleeps 6 but there’s only seating in the living room and dining area for 4 people. Luckily we brought some camp chairs so we made it work. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Luray Visit

Our stay at the cottage was excellent. Check-in was easy and the location was perfect for our family as we were there to visit the caverns. The beds were comfortable and the game room was a nice addition to keep our kids busy. The cottage is in close proximity to restaurants, fast food, and grocery store/market. We forgot a few items and it was nice to run to Walmart quickly to pick a few things up. I'm not sure if this is typical, but I would advise on your bringing your own loofah or washcloth. A washcloth was not provided with towels. Also, we received enough towels for our family of four, no extras. If you're going to be utilizing the jacuzzi, you might want to take extra towels. We would recommend staying here.

Our family of 5 were all excited for our weekend at Luray. Upon arriving we took our shoes off. We then picked our rooms and put our stuff away. Of course we then checked out the property to see all highlights we paid for to stay at this location over others in the area. The kids went straight to the game room. One of the 2 highlights listed for this property. The air-hockey looked like it aged 20 years since the pics in the listing and stopped working during use. The foosball table just all around broken and unusable. The dart board was destroyed but that did not matter cause there was not one usable dart. Not to go without mention the hand prints over all the windows in the game room. Lastly for the game room the remote to turn on those cool lights you see in the picks was not around. Other than the kitchen floor being sticky and only 2 spoons(plenty of forks) the kitchen made do. Sitting down to eat our first meal we realized a few of the dinning chairs where also broken. The china had that wet dog smell. Checking out the hot-tub after dinner we saw grass clippings and other things floating. Based on the other cleanliness issues we decided to pass, there went 2 of 3 highlights listed. So how about a movie for us to watch, nope the amount of seating there vs the listing was close to only half. The poor communication and lack of support concerning these and a few other issues makes the a firm, find another place to enjoy the beauty of Luray. Which thankfully is beautiful!

Cute and cozy home. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was really nice to sit and soak in. Our daughters enjoyed playing around in the game room. Do wish there could have been maybe another couch in the living room, but we made it work. Fenced in yard was very helpful. Really close to so much stuff downtown. Great location, we really fell in love with the town.
