The property is located in the Broad Marsh Community on 69th street. Just a 4 minute walk to the beach and the bay is in your back yard. 4 Beach Chairs and Cart available for your use
This beautifully furnished town home will be your home base for a week of sun and fun. There is a kayak for your use and the boat ramp is just a few steps from your door.
The living room has a 75" TV and all bedrooms include smart TVs.
This unit is rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday).
Parking is not a problem because there is parking for 2 cars behind the garage at the rear of the townhouse. There is also adequate public parking on 69th Street.
Park the car for a week and walk everywhere. It is convenient to the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, amusement parks and more!
The Broad Marsh Community pool is OPEN in 2025 from Memorial Day Weekend to September 12th.
