We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the location of property was close to CSU (five minute drive to Moby Arena). Kitchen was fully equipped for meals and the size of home was perfect for three generations under one roof! The host was very prompt at responding to messages and very kind. We definitely recommend this property and hope we can stay again!

This was a great place to house my siblings who visited me form out of town. They did not spent too much time at the house and enjoyed the amenities but it is well located, clean and fitted the whole family of 9.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had 4 bedrooms which were great. It was near a great walking trail and in a lovely neighborhood. My 3 yr old granddaughter loved the swings in the backyard and we all loved the hot tub.

Our family particularly enjoyed the split living capabilities, and the close adjacency to the trails. Enjoyed close proximity to Boulder and RMNP. Minor critique: poor lighting, specifically in the main living floor.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Deck, patio and backyard were great. Near the bike and walking trails. Not far from old town. Rooms were spacious. Comfortable for hanging out with family!

Great Location

This home is so close to everything we needed. The grocery is 1/2 mile, our family 1 mile, and the walking/biking trail is just steps away. The kitchen is stocked with perfect cooking utensils and appliances for a longer stay. We definitely will be returning.

Graduation Celebration

Family stayed at the house to celebrate our son's graduation from CSU. The house was nicely outfitted for a larger group. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to entertain.
