Always a lovely stay at the cottages. Cottage is always very clean and well cared for. Plus the location is amazing.

We had a great stay. The cottage was clean and well appointed. Our dog was very comfortable. A special shoutout to Forrest for his friendly assistance with a couple of small matters that came up. We would definitely look at staying here again.

Love this little place

Cabin #7 is not directly on the water, but it's quiet and perfect for 2. The listing says it fits 4, but there is only one bedroom. The mattress is pretty comfortable, but there is no lamp in the bedroom which is frustrating. The kitchen is compact, but sufficient for vacationing. There is even a large pantry for food & supplies. The cabin is in good repair, the bathroom is spacious, and the parking is right in front of the cabin. The beach is just a short walk from the cabin & it is beautiful. The cleaning staff are also amazing. We've had some communication with the new booking agents as of Sept 2026, and they are so much better than before - very friendly. You can now talk with a real person & book directly with them or online. I prefer to work with local businesses when renting a vacation properties so I love the change. However, it would be advantageous to be able to rebook a year ahead.

This property was going through a management change so there was some confusion all around. I broke both of my arms in an accident, and I called one month before the stay, and they told me that I could cancel up to the week before due to a medical condition. When I called the week before they said there were absolutely no refunds. So I decided to go and just had help with my casted arms. It took a while to get the correct combination for the door. I believe that the second management company that took over 2 days before the stay was easier to work with. The first evening we found a mouse in the bathroom. Yikes when there is 1 there might be many. The beach was so nice, but all of the other issues were not worth the price of the stay.
