Spring Break Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at The Commodore several times and have throughly enjoyed every time! The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The pool is always warm. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Commodore 304! The condo had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. It was beautifully decorated and looked just like the pictures—what you see is truly what you get.I was especially happy to see a standard coffee maker (my preference!) on the counter, along with the by-the-cup style. The standard coffee maker wasn’t shown in the pictures, so that was a nice surprise.We loved being on the quieter end of PCB while still having easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops around town. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the security staff at the entrance gate was always very friendly.Our favorite thing was being right on the beach and enjoying the beautiful ocean. We also loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the view. The swimming pool was great too, and having two beach loungers with an umbrella included with the condo was a definite plus.I would definitely recommend Commodore 304 to friends and family. I’ve already added it to my list of preferred places to stay when we visit PCB!

The elevator was very quick to and from the 3rd floor. The beach chairs and umbrella that come with the unit was a wonderful bonus. We will stay here again!

It was very clean, great views of the beach, didn’t have to wait on taking the elevators, but the only concern was the guest toilet wouldn’t not flush properly
