Charming 2-bedroom in Carolina Beach walking distance to beach

This delightful property sits a short walk from downtown Carolina Beach, the boardwalk, and the beach. You get to stay in a quiet neighborhood , away from the hubbub of a beach town in season, but have easy access to all the reasons you came! Substantial discount for first few who book. The big deck is a great place to relax, catch some sun, and watch the world go by. This is the upstairs unit of a charming 1940s duplex, fully renovated in 2024-25. The space is warm and comfy, with natural wood paneled walls, lots of windows, and comfy furnishings. New granite countertops, new mattresses, a new tile shower, new kitchen appliances, and all new ceiling fixtures are among the 2025 upgrades. The property features a main bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a bunk with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, perfect for a small group of guests (maximum number is 5). In addition to the bedrooms, there is a great room, the kitchen and one full bath. Come enjoy all Carolina Beach has to offer, including a fun little park a half block away with nice play structures for the kids, big trees, and a covered picnic table.

We stayed here for a long weekend and the location was amazing, within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. It is only accessible by stairs, so be mindful of this if traveling with strollers or wheelchairs. The place was very clean when we arrived, and the a/c was great! James was super responsive and accommodating, and had snacks and drinks available when we arrived. Our whole group loved the place, and would definitely stay again!

Perfect place at Carolina Beach

From it’s beach cottage appeal to the location, this is now my favorite place to stay in Carolina Beach. Communications to the owner were effortless and the touches of hospitality were much appreciated. Very comfortable and so lovely!

Cozy and close to the beach

Cute, cozy and exactly what we wanted. We loved that we could walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, but it was far away enough from the boardwalk noise. James was super friendly and responsive.

Perfect Beach Paradise Spot

The perfect accommodations for a stay at Carolina Beach! My family and I stayed at this beautiful warm and cozy top floor apartment. It’s recently been renovated with smart updates such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances but yet left the charming features. Great location within five minutes walking distance of the boardwalk but yet away from traffic noise. Perfect amount of space perfect amenities can’t wait to come back!

A New Favorite

The property was perfect for us in every way. We felt at home. We brought our bikes and the location was a dream. Clise to the beach, shops, restaurants... It was in a safe and clean neughborhood. The beds were comfortable. The owner was helpful andhelpful & respinsive

Classic Carolina Beach!

This was the perfect spot for our visit to CB! Really cozy top floor apartment in a duplex a couple blocks off the main drag. Walkable to the beach, boardwalk, the Fat Pelican, The Dive, Celtic Creamery, Kate’s Pancake House, Gulf Stream, etc etc etc. We only day we used the car was a rain day we went to the aquarium. It’s a cozy, clean, newly renovated apartment that encourages time together which was perfect for us. The location, amenities, and price were perfect. Can’t recommend this place enough! Ten out of ten!We stayed here with our family of 5 and we were plenty comfortable.

We were pleased with the place and our stay! It was clean, ample room, more room than we actually expected. Check-in was easy, walking distance to the beach, you're right down the road from the Boardwalk and all the entertainment they have. We walked to all our restaurants we are at when we didn't eat at the house. Walked to the beach, even carrying a toddler it was extremely doable. Great coffee and breakfast places nearby too. Only time we used the car the entire trip was when it was raining all day, so we went to the Fort Fisher aquarium and then into Wilmington to visit some breweries. Otherwise, the house has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Beds are comfy, cute dining area and dishwasher to make meal.times easy!

The location is excellent. Easy walk to the heart of CB, restaurants and attractions. The fridge was stocked with some complimentary drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. The listing didn’t specify up or down stairs unit which caused some confusion when we arrived but the owner responded quickly to messages via the app. Could use some blinds on the living space windows for the evenings (bedrooms do have them). It was nice that it was a pet friendly option with a small park behind the apartment that’s perfect for walking dogs and there was plenty of space for two (XL and L) kennels in the living room.

Great location. The house was very clean and well stocked. VRBO wasn't loading our check in but James was excellent and very responsive. It was a really great touch that he also had stocked the kitchen with snacks, waters, beer and wine. We had a wonderful time here.

Great location! Walked every night to our favorite bars and rooftop restaurants. Could see the ferris wheel but far enough away that it was still quiet.Older upstairs unit that has just the right upgrades and newer bathroom and kitchen.

My family stayed for a long weekend. The house is within walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and shops and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We went to the aquarium which was a 14 minute drive and the battleship which was a 25 minute drive. It was just enough space for what we needed. Check in and check out was easy and the host was very nice. We did not have any issues and did not need to reach out to the host during our stay. Chatting with the host before and after our stay was easy, he was responsive and welcoming.
