Enjoy a luxurious getaway in our brand new, three-story cabin nestled in a quiet community just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This spacious 1457 sq ft home offers stunning mountain views, modern amenities, and comfortable accommodations for up to 7 guests.

*Important Notes:

*Parking & Access:
- Paved road just before driveway is slightly steep (17degrees x 20ft), driveway itself is flat.

*Housekeeping & Supplies:
- Starter toiletries and common household consumables provided. You may need to get more if you run out.
- Hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled and treated every check out and runs continuously. Please keep the cover on when not in use. Hot tub only for 18 years old and above.

*Wildlife & Pest Control:
- Property is treated monthly for pests, but due to mountain location, some bugs may still enter. Expect more bugs outdoors during spring and summer.
- Please respect the wildlife and do not approach or feed them. Keep the bear-proof trash can securely latched at all times.

*Others:
- Cabin is on city water and sewage. Please flush only toilet paper.
- Outdoor floodlight camera is located along the driveway.
- National Park Service parking pass is required for all vehicles entering the Smokies (available on their website).
- Early check-in/late check-out may be available for an additional $50, but cannot be guaranteed.

Great location, amazing house, kitchen was equipt with everything you need. The third floor was perfect for a relaxing evening after a fun day out and about. Definitely very family friendly, perfect for a small family.

This is our second time staying at Skydeck.It won’t be our last. We love the location and the views of the mountains.The home is cozy, the skydeck is wonderful, and the hot tub is relaxing. We are looking forward to our next visit. A great getaway for a couple or a family of four.

This was the best vrbo ive stayed in! It had so many amenities like games and books and swing and hammock, dumbbells and even a record player! I stayed with my 3 year old and she had a blast. The views were gorgeous and it was very close to groceries and stores, and only 30 min from the park and Pigeon Forge attractions. These hosts really truly thought of everything. The corners of the tables were padded and outlets covered. Theres a pitcher in the fridge for clean water. The checkout process was extremely simple and directions to find it were clear! The home was immaculately clean. Only negative was the construction next door which started early and was loud but the hosts were transparent about this when I booked! 10/10 experience i look forward to staying here again in the future. Its perfect for a family or small group.

We loved the location and the cabin. All the extra things helped make our stay even better. There were little details like a sleep mask on the east facing side, small sewing kits, and the extras in the kitchen. Coffee, cooking oil, condiments. Fantastic job to Charisse and Arch for providing a easy stay.

Loved the sky deck and the amenities! The showers are spacious and I really liked the one with the window above it. The location is perfect. It's close to everything and felt private even with the other units nearby. The host was super helpful and easy to reach. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was excellent. The home is spacious and comfortable. The location is on the back of this development and at the highest point, which makes it quiet and allows it to have spectacular views. The location is convenient to the main strip, without the accompanying traffic. The hosts were great with communication - letting us know procedures and checking to make sure everything was going well. They were also very helpful in addressing an issue we had while we were there. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Property and Host

We had a great 6 night stay and the property is beautiful. Modern finishes, nice furnishings and many amenities. Close enough to most attractions, but far enough away from the high traffic areas. The area was quiet and there are no other properties behind or on either side, just in front. The driveway is very steep, but relatively short. The skydeck is a very cool feature with nice views. The host was very nice and accomodating. Highly recommend!
