This was an amazing place to stay ! The hosts were excellent at communicating and did so quickly ! The house had everything we needed and more ! It was perfect for a multigenerational vacation with lots of space for everyone. It was so clean and supplied with the extra things we always forget to bring! The kitchen had all the cooking items needed for preparing our own meals too ! We would definitely stay here again. Such a beautiful area and wonderful property and hosts!

This house was the perfect spot for our family to have as a home base for our 3-day trip to meet up in Portsmouth. The location was great - quiet and close to downtown, and had easy parking. The whole home was cozy, very comfortable, and very clean. We were there during a nor-easter but didn't mind being stuck inside for more than we had planned because there was ample really comfortable lazy-boy couches that were more comfortable than any of ours at home, and the big TV was equipped with lots of things to watch together. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use and was nicely connected to the dining room and living room. The treats they left us as a welcome were really thoughtful. This was the most welcoming place we've ever stayed. And for sleeping, the beds/bedrooms were very comfortable and they'd left us lots of little touches that really made settling in easy, like extra bedding, well-positioned extention cords for phone charging, and fans in the closet. A great place and we'll be staying again when back in the area.

The rooms were all very comfortable, we had everything we needed, there were books and games for if we wanted to just hang out, the hosts were very easygoing and responsive, there was plenty of space, the location was convenient and the neighborhood nice.

Great weekend away

Rented for a guys weekend away and it was perfect for our needs. Great breweries and restaurants within a short walk, and a short drive to downtown.

Will and Karen were amazing hosts. They were quick to respond to any communication. The condo was clean and had everything that would be needed during a stay. The location of the condo is a short 10/15 minute walk to all that Portsmouth has to offer. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a wonderful place - everything anyone needs for a comfortable stay. Kitchen well-stocked, living room seating comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms very clean. Condo is within short walk to downtown Portsmouth shops and activities, even for seniors like us. Highly recommended.

Great stay and location in Portsmouth NH

The property was outstanding, just as described. It was the perfect location when in town for my daughter's wedding. A small walk to downtown. It was perfect and I highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

House was immaculate and was exactly as it appeared in photos. Hosts thoughtfully left a basket of treats/ coffee for us to enjoy during our stay. Location is great. A quick walk to downtown and many nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Wedding weekend

We were in Portsmouth for a family wedding and this home was a wonderful place to stay! It felt just like home and offered a place for everyone to hangout together in between different wedding events. The home was very clean and comfortable!

Family Christmas Gathering

Young children (1,2 + 4), their parents, and their grandmother enjoyed their time in this condo, close to Downtown Portsmouth! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the neighborhood quiet.

Wedding Weekend

We had an amazing 3 night weekend in Portsmouth - 34 Columbia was the perfect base to operate from - we could get into town in 5 minutes and then chill out back at "home". We do recommend this home!

Listing was everything it stated, Karen was very friendly and helpful even when I messed up the check in process. The welcome basket was a great touch also after just getting off the road. Thank you for everything.

Great Portsmouth NH property!

Great Portsmouth location within east walking distance to Market Square and waterfront sites. Easy access to coastal activity and beaches both north and south via Rte 1 or I95.Accommodations are comfortable and up to date with the entire property being kept in immaculately in condition.Hosts were easy and quick to respond when contacted.Issue free and relaxing property! Thanks for a great experience!

Nebraskan's crash gorgeous area of NH!

We loved the property, as it was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, spacious and comfortable for our adult family of 6. We each had our own private space but yet gathering together in the living room was adequate. The property was perfectly located to walk and explore anywhere by foot, along with many areas close by to visit by vehicle. Many restaurants, bars, shops were close to walk or drive. We highly recommend this property, the owners were very responsive with any questions and when I inquired as to what they recommended for first time visitors to the area, Karen provided a 2 page list of ideas, many of which we tried. :) 5 STARS!

Cleanliness - 5 Stars Location - 5 Stars Accommodation - 5 Stars Thank you Karen and Will for providing a clean, warm and welcoming stay for our family. Very accommodating for families. Games, puzzles, and books galore. The third floor suite was a cozy retreat and a great escape from the bustle of our group of seven. The location is perfect! Lots of great eats within walking distance or a very short drive. There is a playground adjacent to the property. But most of all, as a traveling family, the cleanliness is top notch. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We look forward to returning in the future.

A luxurious home form home.

A warm welcome awaited us after our transatlantic flight from Scotland. Karen and Will made sure the lights were on and the house was warm which we appreciated very much in the cold and snowy conditions. As if that wasn't enough, they had also kindly left a basket of goodies and some wine which we soon were enjoying. We settled quickly into the house and felt very much at home. The hosts had taken great care to provide surroundings which were high quality and considerate of their guest's needs. It was very easy to relax on the squishy couches, eat and play games at the dining table and Goldilocks would have had no problem with any of the super comfortable beds. Catering for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen was also easy although for tea drinking Brits it might be useful to provide a kettle and tea pot in future as we had to buy both. We must also thank Karen and Will for their excellent communication with us throughout and to Will for the prompt snow clearing after a heavy dump on our first weekend. They truly care about their house guests and we hope to return to their lovely property whenever we next have an opportunity.
