Winter Travel: Tahoe winters bring heavy snow—4WD/AWD vehicles with snow tires or chains are highly recommended. Be prepared for icy roads and occasional power outages. Decks and BBQs are not serviced in winter.
Be Bear Aware: Black bears inhabit Lake Tahoe and are attracted to food and trash. Always lock your car doors, roll up windows and view from afar. Please do not feed our bears.
Property Notes: This home does not have air conditioning (fans provided). As a pet-friendly property, some pet hair may be present. Exterior cameras and noise sensors are in place for guest safety—no interior cameras.
Parking: There is parking for up to two cars. Tahoe Village does not assign parking currently. A parking permit must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle.
Wildlife & Fire Safety: Tahoe is bear country—secure food and lock vehicles. Spiders and ants may occasionally appear. Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
Linen Supply: One bath towel and washcloth per guest; one hand towel per bathroom.
BBQ/Decks in Winter: BBQs are not serviced, and decks are not shoveled during the winter.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo. Enter via the building’s wrap-around deck, offering panoramic views of the mountains and valley. The condo is equipped with an e-lock for easy self-check-in, and access codes are refreshed for each guest.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the best of both worlds: a quiet, secluded mountain retreat just minutes from South Lake Tahoe’s top attractions. From the condo, you’re a short drive to the lake, casinos, and the popular Fox & Hound restaurant and bar.
Getting Around:
Quaking Aspen is one way street so make sure you don’t pass this condo complex or you will have to go all the way around. Park anywhere on Quaking Aspen. Depending where you park you may have to walk a few mins to reach the condo.
Other Things to Note:
Parking passes are located inside the condo in the guest book. Please only use 2 of them and save the rest for future guests
