Athens is waiting for you at this fabulous 3-bedroom apartment. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the serene atmosphere with amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.


𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀: Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, four pillows, small dresser, two end tables that can be pulled in close to the bed to act as a small table or desk, and a smart TV.
𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀: Each of the two full bathrooms have standard amenities including large mirrors, sink, and tub/shower combo and are stocked with towels, makeup towels, shampoo and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided.
In the living room, you can enjoy viewing your favorite streaming media on the 50" flat screen smart TV.
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
There is a comfortable setup for those that are working on the go - either use our spacious desk and work from a comfy chair, or just enjoy working from the convertible sofa bed on the coffee table that can be opened up for an elevated workspace!
𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻:
Enjoy your freshly-brewed morning coffee while sitting out on the patio, eat takeout at the dining table, or make a meal for yourself in our stocked kitchen!
Laundry room available for use. First Aid Kit located in kitchen cabinet (red case).


You will have full access to the entire apartment unit booked for maximum enjoyment and space

Please note that there is a $50 fee for each pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Any additional cleaning required will incur a $200 charge.
𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻/𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝘂𝘁:
Early check-in and late checkout are available for $25 per hour. If you need assistance with arrangements, feel free to message us in advance. Unauthorized overstaying of one hour or more will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s fee.


ADDITIONAL RULES:

Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am. Pets are welcome, but they must be kept off all furniture (including beds, couches, and chairs etc). Pets and glass are also prohibited at the pool.

Unauthorized overstaying for 1 hour or more: Charge is equivalent to 1 night fee
Unauthorized parties: $3,000 fines

Violating the House rules may result to penalties depending on the severity of the case:
*Unauthorized Party/guests and Noise
*Smoking inside the unit
*Damages and excessive dirt/trash
